نقش مولفه‌های راهبردی گام دوم انقلاب در رسیدن به تمدن نوین اسلامی: چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش رو

برای تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی، باید به‌طور جامع و مانع ظرفیت‌های لازم ایجاد گردند و اقداماتی در جهت رفع چالش‌ها صورت گیرد. در این مسیر، مولفه‌های راهبردی بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب می‌تواند مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مولفه‌های راهبردی در بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب به دنبال ارائه الگویی هدفمند و قابل‌اجرا جهت حرکت به سمت تمدن نوین اسلامی صورت گرفت. این بررسی با تامل در مولفه‌های راهبردی حاصل از گام دوم انقلاب و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی انجام شده است. در پاسخ به این سوال که نقش مولفه‌های راهبردی گام دوم انقلاب در رسیدن به تمدن نوین اسلامی: چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های پیش رو چیست؟ و رسالت دولت‌ها در نقش‌آفرینی مولفه‌های راهبردی چیست، این فرضیه مطرح گردید که مولفه‌های راهبردی حاصل شده از بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب ازجمله استقلال سیاسی و توجه به مردم؛ معنویت و اخلاق؛ استقلال اقتصادی و خصوصی‌سازی؛ علم و آموزش؛ عدالت و مبارزه با فساد؛ سبک زندگی اسلامی، مناسب‌ترین مسیر جهت طی کردن راه تمدن نوین اسلامی است، و دولت‌ها در عین تفاوت در برنامه و سیاست‌ها، بر این اصول تاکید کرده‌اند. موضوع قابل‌توجه در این پژوهش، اشاره به فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های موجود جمهوری اسلامی ایران در این راه است، که توجه به فرصت‌ها می‌تواند تمدن‌سازی را تسریع بخشد و درعین‌حال عدم توجه به چالش‌ها و محدودیت‌های موجود می‌تواند مسیر توسعه و پیشرفت و درنهایت رسیدن به تمدن نوین اسلامی را سخت و حتی ناممکن سازد.

in order to realize the new islamic civilization, the necessary capacities must be comprehensively created and measures must be taken to meet the challenges. in this way, the strategic components of the statement of the second step of the revolution can be effective. this study has been done by reflecting on the strategic components of the second step of the revolution and using library resources and descriptive-analytical method. in response to the question that the role of strategic components of the second step of the revolution in achieving a new islamic civilization: what are the challenges and opportunities ahead? and what is the mission of governments in mapping strategic components? it was hypothesized that the strategic components derived from the declaration of the second step of the revolution, including political independence and attention to the people, spirituality and ethics, economic independence and privatization, science and education, justice and the fight against corruption, the islamic way of life is the most appropriate path to follow the path of modern islamic civilization, and governments, while differing in their plans and policies, must emphasize these principles. paying attention to opportunities can accelerate the building of civilization, and at the same time, not paying attention to the existing challenges and limitations can make the path of development and progress and finally reaching a new islamic civilization difficult and even impossible.
