تبیین نقش ثبات سیاسی در نظریه حکمرانی خوب

حکمرانی خوب از جمله موضوعاتی است که توجه محافل بین‌المللی جهان را به خود معطوف نموده است. نخستین گزاره در نظریه حکمرانی این است که تنها مردم یک کشور می‌توانند برای توسعه نسخه بنویسند و هیچ تجویزی بدون توجه به شرایط بومی، تاریخی و اجتماعی جامعه مفید نخواهد بود. ما در این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی و تحلیلی است، درصدد پاسخ به این پرسش هستیم که ابتدا مولفه‌های حکمرانی خوب را بیان کنیم و سپس توضیح دهیم که ثبات سیاسی در نظریه حکمرانی خوب چه نقشی دارد؟ نظریه حکمرانی خوب که با ویژگی‌هایی مانند مشارکت، شفافیت، پاسخگویی اثربخشی و کارایی و حاکمیت قانون تعریف می‌شود، الگویی برای توسعه پایدار انسانی با سازوکار تعامل عملی سه بخش دولت، بخش خصوصی و جامعه مدنی است. این الگو به دنبال نقش حداقل دولت و توانمندسازی نهادهای مدنی و بخش خصوصی می‌باشد. در این راستا، بر رفتار تعاملی سه بخش دولت، نهادهای مدنی و بخش خصوصی تاکید می‌شود و مقاله معتقد است دولت باید نقش هماهنگ‌کننده و تنظیم‌گر خود را تقویت نموده و به‌جای تصدی‌گری به تنظیم و تسهیل روابط بپردازد. از مهم‌ترین مباحث توسعه در جهان کنونی «نظریه حکمرانی خوب» است، تا جایی که سازمان ملل و صندوق بین‌المللی پول حکمرانی خوب را کلید معمای توسعه می‌دانند. حکمرانی خوب از جمله موضوعاتی است که توجه محافل بین‌المللی جهان را به خود معطوف نموده است.
