استفاده از ظرفیت سیاسی اعلان جهاد مسلحانه در سیره مبارزاتی امام خمینی

امام خمینی در عرصه مبارزه با رژیم پهلوی، همواره با مسئله مبارزه مسلحانه به‌عنوان یک چالش سرنوشت‌ساز مواجه بود. اتکای حداکثری رژیم پهلوی به عنصر سرکوب مسلحانه مخالفان سیاسی و راه‌اندازی کشتارهای خونین در کوران نهضت، با عکس‌العمل طیفی از مبارزان سیاسی در کاربست الگوی مبارزه مسلحانه مواجه بود که گاه با پشتوانه تئوری‌های چپ‌گرایانه و گاه با پشتوانه مبانی مذهبی به این عرصه وارد شده بودند. در این شرایط، رهبری نهضت همواره در معرض پرسشگری پیرامون ماهیت مبارزه مسلحانه قرار داشت. بازنمایی سیره امام پیرامون مبارزات مسلحانه در گرو پاسخ به برخی پرسش‌های بنیادین است، از آن جمله این‌که آیا امام با حرکت‌های مسلحانه موافق بود؟ اگر مخالف بود، چرا در ادبیات سیاسی رسمی خود احتمال «اعلان جهاد» را منتفی ندانسته و بلکه بارها خود بر آن تاکید ورزیده بود؟ در نوشتار حاضر ضمن توصیف مواضع و سیره سیاسی امام خمینی در دوران مبارزه، رویکرد ایشان پیرامون «اعلان جهاد مسلحانه» به‌عنوان یکی از ظرفیت‌های فقهی برای پیشبرد مبارزات سیاسی، مورد بازکاوی قرار می‌گیرد و با رویکرد تحلیلی-توصیفی، اثبات خواهد شد که امام در عین پرهیز از تایید مبارزات مسلحانه و خودداری از رویکردها و انگاره‌های عمل‌گرایانه، همواره «اعلان جهاد» را به‌عنوان یک حربه سیاسی جهت برهم زدن محاسبات دشمن، مورد توجه قرار داده است.

imam khomeini, in the arena of the pahlavi regime, has always faced an issue of armed struggle as a fateful challenge. the maximum reliance on the pahlavi regime to the element of the armed suppression of political opponents and the launch of bloody killings in kouran movement, with a spectrum of political fighters in the application of an armed struggle, which occasionally entered the field of religious basis and sometimes with the backing of religious foundations. in these conditions, the leadership of the movement has always been exposed to the question of the nature of the armed struggle.representation of the imam sira around the armed struggles depends on some fundamental questions, including whether imam agreed with armed movements? if he was opposed, why did he not rule out the likelihood of ’declaration of jihad’ in their formal political literature, but also against it? in the present article, while describing the positions and political signs of imam khomeini during the struggle, his approach surrounding the ’declaration of armed jihad’ as one of the jurisprudential capacities to advance political struggles, is reviewed and with descriptive analytical approach, it will be proven that imam in the same time avoiding the approval of armed struggles and refraining from pragmatic approaches and ideas has always addressed the ’declaration of jihad’ as a political task to disturb enemy expectations
