راهبردهای سیاستی ایران و ترکیه برای افزایش نقش‌آفرینی در بحران سوریه

سوریه یکی از کشورهای مهم و اثرگذار در معادلات منطقه‌ای غرب آسیا و حتی بین‌المللی بوده که دارای جایگاه ویژه‌ای به لحاظ سیاسی، اجتماعی و مذهبی در منطقه شامات است. این کشور اهمیت زیادی در شکل‌گیری سیاست‌ها و راهبردهای سایر کشورهای منطقه‌ای به‌ویژه بین دولتمردان ایران و ترکیه دارد. این اهمیت و شکل‌گیری تقابل‌های سیاستی در زمان سوریه درگیر در بحران تروریستی (2019-2012)، بسیار بیشتر، کلان‌تر و با وضوح قابل‌مشاهده است. این پژوهش در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که راهبردهای سیاستی ایران و ترکیه برای افزایش نقش‌آفرینی در بحران سوریه کدامند؟ روش تحقیق، تحلیل گفتمان و ابزار پژوهش شامل متون گفتاری و نوشتاری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش به دو بخش اسنادی (نوشتاری) و میدانی (گفتاری) تقسیم شده است. در بخش اسنادی محققان از به‌روزترین و معتبرترین منابع و متون موجود و در بخش میدانی نیز مصاحبه با 11 نفر از صاحب‌نظران انجام شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد عمده‌ترین راهبردهای سیاستی ترکیه در سوریه «حمایت از اخوان‌المسلمین و اهل سنت»، «کنترل و بهره‌گیری از بحران‌های منطقه‌ای» و «حمایت از گروه‌های تروریستی و مخالفین سوریه از طرق مختلف» بوده و در مقابل عمده‌ترین راهبردهای سیاستی ایران در سوریه «هم‌آوردی همه توان و قدرت نیروهای مقاومت در منطقه برای حمایت از دولت مرکزی سوریه»، «تلاش برای حفظ و ارتقای موقعیت شیعیان در منطقه»، «تقویت روابط راهبردی بین ایران و سوریه»، «گسترش دیپلماسی و رایزنی‌های منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی برای ایجاد حمایت لازم از بقای دولت مرکزی سوریه»، «حضور فعال در جبهه مبارزه داخلی سوریه برای حمایت از دولت مرکزی سوریه (از طریق مقابله با دشمنان مختلف ازجمله جریان‌های تکفیری، سلفی و تروریستی و هم‌چنین اقدامات دولت‌های عربستان، کشورهای عربی، رژیم صهیونیستی و ...)» است.

iran-turkey policy strategies to increase their roles in the syrian crisis

syria is one of the most important and influential countries in the analysis of regional equations. this country is very important in shaping the policies and strategies of other regional countries, especially between the governments of iran and turkey. this importance and the formation of political confrontations during the time of syria involved in the terrorist (2019-2012) is much greater, larger and more clearly visible. this study seeks to answer the question of what are the policy strategies of iran and turkey to increase role-playing in the syrian crisis? research methods, discourse analysis and research tools include spoken and written texts. the statistical population of the research is divided into two parts: documentary (written) and field (spoken). in the documentary section of researchers from the most up-to-date and reliable sources and texts available, and in the field section, interviews with 11 experts have been conducted. the findings indicated that turkey’s main policy strategies in syria are &support for the muslim brotherhood and sunnis&, &control and exploitation of regional crises& and &support for terrorist groups and the syrian opposition&. &in various ways& and in contrast to the main policy strategies of iran in syria, &bringing together all the strength and power of the resistance forces in the region to support the central government of syria,& &trying to maintain and improve the position of shiites in the region,& &strengthening strategic relations between iran and syria&, &expanding regional and international diplomacy and consultations to provide the necessary support for the survival of the syrian central government&, &active presence on the syrian internal struggle front in support of the syrian central government (from it is a way of confronting various enemies, including takfiri, salafi and terrorist movements, as well as the actions of the governments of saudi arabia, and arab countries, the zionist regime.
