تحلیل روند امنیت غذایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در دو محصول راهبردی گندم و برنج تا سال 1410

امنیت غذایی در جهان بر بسیاری از زمینه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی تاثیرگذار است. از آنجا که امنیت غذایی دسترسی به غذای سالم و کافی در همه ایام عمر و برای یک زندگی شاداب بوده و دولت‌ها موظف‌اند آن را تامین نمایند، از این‌رو حوزه تامین غذایی یکی از دغدغه‌های اساسی هر حکومتی تلقی می‌شود. در این پژوهش روند تولید دو ماده غذایی راهبردی گندم و برنج در ده سال آینده با توجه به نرخ رشد جمعیت کشور، میزان نیاز مصرف، میزان تولید و میزان واردات آنها به صورت کاربردی- توسعه‌ای با رویکرد مورد کاوی که متکی بر تکنیک تحلیل روند است، بررسی شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اسناد منتشره از مرکز آمار کشور و سازمان ثبت احوال و اسناد در بخش جمعیت طی سال‌های 1391 تا 1401، گزارش‌های سالیانه وزارت جهاد کشاورزی و دستورالعمل‌های وزارت بهداشت در بازه زمانی مطرح شده است. طبق آمارهای مستخرجه و محاسبات ریاضی و آماری، روند رشد جمعیت کشور تا سال 1410، همچنین میزان تولید، مصرف و میزان واردات دو محصول راهبردی، پیش‌بینی‌های جمعیتی و نیاز کشور به این دو محصول در قالب سناریوهایی انجام پذیرفت. با توجه به سناریوهای تعریف شده و همچنین آمار مهاجرین که خود بخش قابل توجهی از جمعیت کشور است، پیشنهادات سیاستی در انتهای پژوهش مطرح گردید.

food security in the world affects many political, economic and social fields. since food security is the access to healthy and sufficient food throughout life and for a healthy life, and governments are obliged to provide it, therefore the field of food supply is one of the basic concerns of every government. in this research, the production process of two strategic food items, wheat and rice, in the next ten years, according to the growth rate of the country’s population, the amount of consumption, the amount of production and the amount of their import, is analyzed in an applied-developmental way with a case study approach that relies on the technique of trend analysis. checked out. the statistical population of the research includes documents published by the country’s statistical center and civil registration organization and documents in the population department during the years 2013-2023, the annual reports of the ministry of jihad agriculture and the instructions of the ministry of health during the period. according to the extracted statistics and mathematical and statistical calculations, the growth trend of the country’s population until 2032, as well as the amount of production, consumption and import of two strategic products, demographic forecasts and the country’s need for these two products were carried out in the form of scenarios. according to the defined scenarios as well as the statistics of immigrants, which is a significant part of the country’s population, policy proposals were proposed.
