شناسایی و الویت‌بندی پیشایندها و پسایندهای برون‌سپاری صنعت دارویی ایران: رویکرد آمیخته

زمینه و هدف: با افزایش رقابت و شکل گیری نیازهای جدید، شرکت‌های دارویی به طور فزاینده‌ای استراتژی‌های برون‌سپاری را در جهت افزایش درآمد و کاهش هزینه‌ها از طریق توسعه سریعتر و مقرون به صرفه محصولات به کار می‌گیرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و رتبه بندی پیشایندها و پسایندهای برون‌سپاری صنعت دارویی کشور می‌باشد.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از حیث نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی پیمایشی و از لحاظ نوع شناسی پژوهش در زمره پژوهشهای آمیخته با رویکرد کیفی و کمی در پارادایم قیاسی-استقرایی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش در بخش کیفی کیفی اساتید و خبرگان مطلع در حوزه مدیریت بازرگانی، کسب و کار، اقتصاد و کارشناسان صنعت دارویی است که با توجه به هدف پژوهش، نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به صورت هدفمند و به تعداد 18 نفر انجام شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی مدیران و دست اندر کاران شرکت های زیر مجموعه تیپیکو می باشند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری غیراحتمالی دردسترس حجم نمونه 36 نفر تعیین شد. یافته‌ها: در بخش کیفی، داده های کیفی بدست آمده از مصاحبه ها با استفاده از نرم افزار atlas.ti و روش کدگذاری و بخش کمی پژوهش و تحلیل نهایی با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی انجام شد. با استفاده از داده های کیفی به دست آمده از مصاحبه های اکتشافی پیشایند ها و پسایند های برون سپاری در قالب 24 عامل مشخص و سپس با استخراج این عوامل، از طریق پژوهش کمیّ رتبه بندی شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد ارزیابی صلاحیت پیمانکاران، مهارت مذاکره، جذب نیروی متخصص و بهره گیری از kpi مهمترین پیشایندهای برون‌سپاری صنعت دارو می باشند. از بین پسایندهای برون‌سپاری نیز کارآیی عملیاتی، افزایش سودآوری، توسعه بخش r&d و کاهش هزینه ها مهمترین پسایندهای برون‌سپاری صنعت دارو می باشند.

identifying and ranking the antecedents and consequences of iranian pharmaceutical industry outsourcing: a mixed approach

context/purpose: with increasing competition and the formation of new needs, pharmaceutical companies are increasingly using outsourcing strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs through faster and more cost-effective product development. the purpose of this study is to identify and rank the antecedents and consequences of iranian pharmaceutical industry outsourcing.methodology: in terms of applied purpose, this research is a descriptive survey in terms of how to collect information and in terms of typology of research is among the studies mixed with qualitative and quantitative approach in the deductive-inductive paradigm. the statistical population of this study is in the qualitative section of professors and knowledgeable experts in the field of business management, business, economics and pharmaceutical industry experts. according to the purpose of the study, sampling in this study was done purposefully and 18 people. the statistical population in quantitative part of the managers and employees of the companies under tipico, which was determined using the convenience sampling method available at a sample size of 36 people.results: in the qualitative part, the qualitative data obtained from the interviews were performed using atlas.ti software and coding method and the quantitative part of the final research and analysis was performed using the fuzzy delphi method. using qualitative data obtained from exploratory interviews, the antecedents and consequences of outsourcing were identified in the form of 24 factors and then by extracting these factors, they were ranked through quantitative research.conclusion: the results show that the evaluation of contractors' qualifications, negotiation skills, recruitment of experts and the use of kpi are the most important antecedents for outsourcing the pharmaceutical industry. among the consequences of outsourcing are operational efficiency, increased profitability, r&d development and cost reduction are the most important consequences of pharmaceutical industry outsourcing.
