طراحی مدل توسعه گردشگری اسب در استان خوزستان براساس نظریه داده بنیاد

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل توسعة گردشگری اسب در استان خوزستان براساس نظریة داده‌بنیاد انجام شد. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش کیفی با اجرای مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از اساتید و متخصصان در ادارات ورزش و جوانان که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، انجام گردید. روش شناسی: روش ﺟﻤﻊ‌آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از طریق ﻣﻄﺎلعة پژوهش‌های پیشین و اجرای مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. ﺑﺮای ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ رواﻳﻲ صوری و محتوایی، یافته‌های ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ به ﻣﺸﺎرﻛﺖﻛﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن اراﺋﻪ شد و آن‌ها ﻣﺘﻦ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ را ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪکردند و سپس، ﻧﻈﺮهای آن‌ها اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. روش استفاده‌شده برای بررسی پایایی، روش توافق درون‌موضوعی بود. میانگین میزان توافق درون‌موضوعی 0.83 گزارش شد.نتایج و یافته‌ها : بر اساس تحلیل جامع مصاحبه‌ها، توسعه گردشگری اسب در استان خوزستان تحت تاثیر عوامل علی (منابع انسانی، اقتصاد، مدیریت)، شرایط زمینه‌ای (زیرساخت‌ها، امنیت، جذابیت‌های محیطی)، راهبردهای موثر (برنامه‌ریزی، مشارکت، نظارت) و عوامل مداخله‌گر (زیست‌محیطی، فناوری، آموزش) قرار دارد. توسعه موفق این صنعت، پیامدهای مثبتی همچون رشد اقتصادی، ارتقای اجتماعی، کارآفرینی و غنای فرهنگی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. بنابراین، پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌منظور توسعة گردشگری اسب، با توجه به عوامل شناسایی‌شده، با تمرکز بر بهبود زیرساخت‌ها، تقویت مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک، و توجه به عوامل مداخله‌گر (زیست‌محیطی، فناوری، آموزش)، زمینه را برای مشارکت فعال ذی‌نفعان و بهره‌مندی از پیامدهای مثبت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی فراهم گردد.

designing a horse tourism development model in khuzestan province based on grounded data theory

background and objective: the present study aimed to design a model for the development of horse tourism in khuzestan province based on databased theory. this study was conducted using a qualitative method by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 professors and specialists in sports and youth departments who were selected using a purposive sampling method.methodology: the method of collecting information was through the study of previous research and conducting semi-structured interviews. to examine the face and content validity, the research findings were presented to the participants and they studied the text of the theory and then their opinions were applied. the method used to examine reliability was the intra-subject agreement method. the average intra-subject agreement was reported to be 0.83. results and findings: : based on a comprehensive analysis of interviews, the development of horse tourism in khuzestan province is influenced by causal factors (human resources, economy, management), contextual conditions (infrastructure, security, environmental attractions), effective strategies (planning, participation, monitoring), and intervening factors (environment, technology, education). the successful development of this industry will lead to positive outcomes such as economic growth, social advancement, entrepreneurship, and cultural enrichment. therefore, it is suggested that in order to develop horse tourism, considering the identified factors, focusing on improving infrastructure, strengthening management and strategic planning, and paying attention to intervening factors (environment, technology, education), the ground should be prepared for the active participation of stakeholders and benefiting from positive economic, social, and cultural outcomes.
