شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی تئوری های سازمان فضایی سازگار در تحلیل بافت تاریخی شهر تبریز

زمینه و هدف: نظم حاکم در سیستم پیچیده شهری، همواره مولد جریان‌های درهم تنیده  و ارتباطات پیچیده در سازمان فضایی شهر بوده است. درک چنین نظمی، مستلزم فهم جایگاه عناصر و روابط عمیق در اجزای سازمان فضایی است، از این‌رو شناسایی عناصر شاکله سازمان فضایی و ارتباطات آن‌ها، در راستای خوانش شهر و طراحی شهری ضرورت دارد. برمبنای چنین ضرورتی، در مطالعه نمونه موردی، بافت تاریخی تبریز، این پرسش مطرح می‌گردد که؛ در تحلیل سازمان فضایی بافت تاریخی تبریز، کدام تئوری‌ها و دیدگاه‌های مطرح سازمان فضایی سازگارترند؟ و در راستای پاسخ به این سوال، تئوری‌های سازمان‌ فضایی و شاخص‌های معرف هر یک برمبنای ویژگی‌های بافت تاریخی تبریز، شناسایی، اولویت بندی و درنهایت یک رویکرد چند وجهی منتج از تلفیق تئوری‌های سازگار با بستر مورد مطالعه استخراج می‌گردد.روش‌شناسی: جهت نیل به اهداف در این پژوهش، از روش آمیخته (کیفی و کمّی ) استفاده شده‌است و گردآوری داده‌ها، از طریق راهبرد پیمایشی (میدانی-کتابخانه‌ای) بوده است. این پژوهش، بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده است. در بخش کمّی پژوهش، بر مبنای روش دلفی، از ابزار پرسشنامه جهت دستیابی به اجماع آرا و نظرات، 8 نفر از افراد دارای صلاحیت، به عنوان پانل خبرگان انتخاب و داده‌های حاصل از پرسشنامه‌ها، پس از اطمینان از همگرایی نظرات، در دو مرحله امتیازدهی و اولویت‌بندی گردید. در نهایت، نتایج حاصل از داده های کمی، با ویژگی های زمینه و نیز با اتکاء بر نقاط ضعف و قوت هر تئوری، مورد تحلیل و تفسیر قرارگرفت.یافته‌ها و نتایج: یافته‌های این تحقیق، شامل اولویت‌بندی تئوری‌های سازمان فضایی و شناسایی‌ شاخص‌های مطرح در هر تئوری و درنهایت، ارائه یک رویکرد چندوجهی منتج از اجماع نظرات خبرگان و اولویت تئوری های سازمان فضایی، با اتکا بر ویژگی‌های بستر بافت تاریخی تبریز بوده‌است،اتخاذ چنین رویکردهای تلفیقی-کاربردی و مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های زمینه، فراتر از صرف بکارگیری ابزارهای موجود، با تحلیل عمیق و طبقه‌بندی تئوری‌های سازمان فضایی، راه را برای تحلیل‌های جامع‌تر و با دقت نظر بیشتر، برای بافت هایی با ساختارهای ویژه، هموار می‌سازد و به غنای دانش در این حوزه می‌افزاید.

identifying and prioritizing compatible spatial organization theories for the analysis of tabriz's city historic urban fabric

background and objective: the inherent order within complex urban systems has consistently generated interwoven flows and intricate relationships within the city's spatial organization. understanding this order necessitates comprehending the position of elements and the profound relationships among the components of spatial organization. based on such a necessity, in the case study of the historical context of tabriz, the question is raised: which theories and perspectives on spatial organization are most compatible in analyzing the spatial organization of the historical context of tabriz? accordingly, the present research aims to identify and prioritize spatial organization theories and their representative indicators based on the characteristics of tabriz's historic urban fabric. ultimately, it seeks to propose a multi-faceted approach derived from the integration of theories compatible with the studied context.methodology: this research employed both quantitative and qualitative methods to achieve its objectives and data collection was through a survey strategy (field-library). this research was based on an applied purpose and was of a descriptive-analytical type.in the quantitative section, a questionnaire tool was used to gather harmonized views and opinions from eight qualified and sufficiently specialized individuals selected as an expert panel. the acquired data was then scored and compiled in two stages, by the delphi method. in the qualitative section, the results obtained from the quantitative data were analyzed and interpreted about the contextual characteristics by leveraging the strengths and weaknesses of each theory.findings and results: the findings of this research include the prioritization of spatial organization theories and the prominent indicators within each theory. additionally, a multi-faceted approach is presented, stemming from the consensus of expert opinions and the prioritization of spatial organization theories based on the characteristics of tabriz's historical urban fabric. adopting such integrated, applied, and context-based approaches, beyond simply using existing tools, with in-depth analysis and classification of spatial organization theories, paves the way for more comprehensive and meticulous analyses for contexts with special structures and adds to the richness of knowledge in this field.
