بازآفرینی پایدار و خلاق شهری با تاکید بر فعالیت های اقتصادی سازگار

زمینه و هدف: بازآفرینی شهری پایدار و خلاق با تاکید بر فعالیت های اقتصادی سازگار به عنوان مقاله ای سعی در پاسخگویی به سوالات بازآفرینی دارد. با توجه به روند سریع شهرنشینی و اثرات آن بر بافت های تاریخی و فرسوده، توجه و مراقبت بیشتری در این بافت ها احساس می شود.مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق سعی شده است با جمع‌آوری نمونه‌های موردی به بررسی پروژه‌های بازآفرینی شهری پایدار و خلاق در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته و همچنین کشورهای تاریخی پرداخته شود و از مجموعه اطلاعات این پروژه‌های بازآفرینی برای ایجاد مدلی مناسب برای این موضوع استفاده شده است. . برای این منظور از جدول مقایسه ای توصیفی برای تکمیل اطلاعات و ایجاد راهکارهای خلاقانه استفاده شده است.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: بافت‌های تاریخی دارای بالاترین ظرفیت‌های فرهنگی و اقتصادی هستند که برای بهره‌برداری از آن‌ها در راستای توسعه منطقه و همچنین جلوگیری از زوال آن، باید از راهکارهای قابل اعتماد و پاسخگو استفاده کرد. تحقیق زیر نیز در جستجوی بررسی این راهکارها و امکان سنجی بازآفرینی خلاقانه مبتنی بر اقتصاد بومی در پروژه های شهرهای مختلف جهان به منظور پرکردن خلا توسعه بافت های تاریخی به ویژه از منظر اقتصادی است. . نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از آن است که بهترین و جامع ترین روش برای بازآفرینی و طراحی بهتر و بهینه این بافت تاریخی، اقتصاد خلاق و راهکارهای آن است که شامل برندسازی، افزایش ارتباط بین گردشگری و صنایع، ایجاد ارزش های اقتصادی، سرمایه گذاری، ایجاد یا تغییر کاربری است، بنابراین استفاده از رویکرد مطلوب و توسعه خلاق اقتصادی در بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی، پویایی و توسعه اقتصادی و فرهنگی آن را در پی خواهد داشت

background and aim: sustainable and creative urban regeneration with an emphasis on compatible economic activities as an article tries to answer questions about regeneration. considering the rapid process of urbanization and its effects on historical and dilapidated textures, more attention and care is felt in these textures.methods:in this research, an attempt has been made to collect case study samples to investigate sustainable and creative urban regeneration projects in developed countries as well as historical countries, and the information collection of these regeneration projects has been used to create a model suitable for this issue. for this purpose, a descriptive comparative table has been used to complete the information and create creative solutions.findings and conclusion:historical contexts have the highest cultural as well as economic potentials, in order to take advantage of them in line with the development of the region and also to prevent its decline, reliable and responsive solutions should be used. the following research is also in search of investigating these solutions and the feasibility of creative regeneration based on local economy in the projects of different cities of the world in order to fill the gap in the development of historical contexts, especially from an economic point of view. the results of this research indicate that the best and most comprehensive method for re-creation and better and optimal design of this historical context is the creative economy and its solutions, which include branding, increasing the relationship between tourism and industries, creating economic values, investing, creating or it is a change of use, therefore, the use of the desired approach and creative economic development in recreating the historical context will lead to its dynamism and economic and cultural development.
