بررسی زیر ساخت‌ها و راهکارهای موثر در شکل‌گیری و توسعه حمل و نقل سبز شهری

زمینه و هدف: امروزه با توجه به نقش پراهمیت سیستم حمل‌ونقل در توسعه پایدار شهری اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب در بخش حمل‌ونقل شهری و توسعه حمل‌ونقل پایدار به‌عنوان یکی از زمینه‌های اصلی رشد شهری موردتوجه می‌باشد. حمل‌ونقل سبز به معنی حمل‌ونقلی پایدار با کمترین آثار منفی بر محیط‌زیست می‌باشد که با توجه به شرایط حال حاضر دنیا می‌بایست در پی دستیابی به این مهم باشیم و با استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین به کاهش آثار زیست‌محیطی ناشی از حمل و نقل بپردازیم. هدف اصلی این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر بهره‌گیری از حمل‌ونقل سبز در بهبود شرایط زیستی شهرهای ایران است.روش بررسی: این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی است و از لحاظ ماهیت توصیفی، تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به‌صورت اسنادی - کتابخانه‌ای می‌باشد.یافته‌ها و نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد؛ امروزه به رویکرد حمل‌ونقل سبز شهری در بسیاری از مناطق دنیا توجه خاصی شده است. در ایران در بسیاری از شهرها تحت تاثیر تحولات جهانی و اجرای طرح‌های مختلف شهری، عامل اقتصادی به‌عنوان عامل اصلی تعیین‌کننده درآمده است و تحولات قرن جاری و اقتصاد متکی بر نفت، تراکم بیش‌ازحد جمعیت، تمرکز فعالیت‌ها و فراوانی ساخت‌وسازها، رشد و گسترش فیزیکی کانون‌های شهری و تخریب اکوسیستم طبیعی شهرهای کشور را در پی داشته است؛ هرچند در برخی از شهرهای کشور اقداماتی در جهت دستیابی به حمل‌ونقل سبز شهری انجام‌شده است ولی نمی‌توان ادعا کرد که توسعه حمل‌ونقل متکی بر اقتصاد سبز شهری به‌طور کامل در ایران انجام‌شده است ولی ضرورت ایجاد و برنامه‌ریزی برای به‌کارگیری این الگوواره با توجه به مشکلات پدید آمده برای شهرهای کشور هر روز بیشتر احساس می‌شود؛ و در ادامه پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی در جهت اجرای این رویکرد ارائه شده است.

investigating infrastructures and effective solutions in the formation and development of urban green transportation

background and aim: nowadays, due to the important role of the transportation system in sustainable urban development, it is important to adopt appropriate policies in the urban transportation sector and develop sustainable transportation as one of the main areas of urban growth.. green transportation means sustainable transportation with the least negative effects on the environment, which according to the current conditions of the world, we should seek to achieve this and use modern technologies to reduce the environmental effects caused by transportation. the main goal of this research is to investigate the effect of using green transportation in improving the living conditions of iranian cities.methods: this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of nature. the method of collecting information was document-library and content analysis.findings and conclusion: the research results show; today, special attention has been paid to the approach of green urban transportation in many regions of the world. in iran, in many cities under the influence of global developments and the implementation of various urban plans, the economic factor has become the main determining factor and the developments of the current century and the oil-based economy have resulted in excessive population density, the concentration of activities and the frequency of constructions, the growth and physical expansion of urban centers and the destruction of the natural ecosystem of the country’s cities; however, in some cities of the country, measures have been taken to achieve urban green transportation but the necessity of creating and planning to use this model is felt more and more every day, considering the problems that have arisen for the cities of the country;  and in the following, suggestions and solutions are provided for the implementation of this approach.
