سنجش و رتبه‌بندی مناطق شهری بر اساس شاخص های شکوفایی شهری (مطالعه موردی: بندر ماهشهر)

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت شکوفایی شهری هدف از این پژوهش بررسی نحوه توزیع شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری و اولویت‌بندی این شاخص‌ها در مناطق پنج گانه بندر ماهشهر است.روش بررسی:  روش پژوهش مورد استفاده در این پژوهش، از نوع نظری – کاربردی با رویکرد اصلی توصیفی- تحلیلی است و به صورت موردی  مناطق 5 گانه‌ بندر ماهشهر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. با استفاده از مبانی نظری تحقیق و پیشینه تحقیق، متغیرهای تحقیق تهیه گردید. سپس پرسش‌نامه‌ای طراحی گردید که شامل 6 شاخص و و 21 معیار و 63 زیر معیار می‌گردد. سپس پرسش‌نامه طراحی شده میان جامعه آماری توزیع گردید و نتایج آن با استفاده از آزمون t و تحلیل واریانس و آزمون scheffe تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: در ابتدای امر اختلاف میان گروه‌ها و میانگین‌های مورد بررسی به‌عنوان داده‌های خام مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که نتایج آن برای شکوفایی شهری مناطق نشان داد که شاخص‌‌ها از سطح معنادار(sig) بالایی برخوردار هستند. سپس برای وزن‌دهی معیارها نیز از روش ahp فازی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد، شاخص بهره‌وری با وزن 0.203 رتبه اول و بعد از آن شاخص کیفیت زندگی با رتبه 0.195 رتبه دوم و زیرساخت‌ها با وزن 0.187 در رتبه سوم قرار دارد. در مرحله بعد استفاده از روش‌های topsis, waspas و در نهایت از مدل ادغامی کپلند به اولویت‌بندی مناطق پرداخته شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد منطقه سه شهری بندر ماهشهر بیشترین میزان و اولویت اول را از حیث شاخص‌های شکوفایی شهری را به خود اختصاص داده و آخرین منطقه نیز اختصاص به منطقه یک است.

measurement and ranking of urban areas based on the urban prosperity indicators (case study: mahshahr port)

background and aim: considering the importance of urban prosperity, the purpose of this study is to investigate the distribution of urban prosperity indicators and prioritize these indicators in the five areas of mahshahr port. methods: the research method used in this research is theorical-applied with a main descriptive-analytical approach and the five areas of mahshahr port have been studied on a case-by-case basis. using the theoretical foundations of the research and the research background, the research variables were prepared. then a questionnaire was designed that includes 6 indicators and 21 criteria and 63 sub-criteria. then the designed questionnaire was distributed among the statistical population and its results were analyzed using t-test and analysis of variance and scheffe test.findings and conclusion: at the beginning, the differences between the groups and the means were studied as raw data, the results of which showed that the indicators have a high level of significance (sig) for the urban prosperity of the regions. then, the fuzzy ahp method was used to weight the criteria. the results showed that the productivity index with a weight of 0.203 is in the first rank and then the quality of life index with a rank of 0.195 is in the second rank and infrastructure with a weight of 0.187 is in the third rank. in the next step, the use of topsis and waspas methods and finally the copeland integration model were prioritized. the results showed that the three-urban area of mahshahr port has the highest rate and the first priority in terms of urban prosperity indicators, and the last area is allocated to region one.
