چارچوب مفهومی توسعه مسکن روستایی پایدارمبتنی بر جهت گیری نظری مقاله های علمی

مسکن پدیده ای اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و مکانی- کالبدی است که با هدف فراهم کردن شرایط مناسب زیست و زندگی بر پا می شود. یکی از مسائلی که به شدت توجه همگان را به خود معطوف داشته، مسکن پایدار همگام با توسعه انسانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارایه چارچوب مفهومی مسکن روستایی پایدار در ایران مبتنی بر جهت گیری نظری مقاله های علمی تهیه شده است. بدین منظور محتوای تعداد 47 مقاله علمی مرتبط با موضوع توسعه مسکن روستایی در ایران که در بازه زمانی1399- 1386 در نشریات و کنفرانس های داخلی به چاپ رسیده بودند، با بهره گیری از روش پژوهش، کیفی و مبتنی بر روش فرا ترکیب، مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های، پژوهش نشان می دهد که چارچوب مفهومی توسعه یکپارچه مسکن روستای، مناسب ترین چارچوب برای بهره برداری در برنامه ریزی توسعه مسکن روستایی است که اغلب ویژگی هایی  کلیدی مورد تاکید در مقالات مورد بررسی را در بر می گیرد. چارچوب پیشنهادی مولفه های انطباق پذیری با محیط زیست، بهینه گی در مصرف انرژی، داشتن احساس سرزندگی، خاطره معنا، وحدت انسانی و واقع بودگی، مناسبت با موقعیت اجتماعی روستاییان، مشارکت جامعه روستایی، استطاعت مالی در ساخت، هزینه نگهداری مسکن، اشتغالزایی در بازار مسکن، دسترسی به خدمات، داشتن روح و هویت مکانی، دوام و ماندگاری مصالح ساخت را، در قالب پنج بعد محیط زیستی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی– فرهنگی، روان شاختی و کالبدی– فضایی مورد توجه قرار می دهد.

a conceptual framework for sustainable rural housing development, based on the theoretical orientation of scientific articles

housing is a social, cultural, economic and spatial-physical phenomenon that is established with the aim of providing suitable living conditions. one of the issues that has attracted a lot of attention is sustainable housing in line with human development. the present study aims to provide a conceptual framework for sustainable rural housing in iran based on the theoretical orientation of scientific articles. for this purpose, the content of 47 scientific articles related to the subject of rural housing development in iran, which were published in domestic journals and conferences in the period 2007-2017, were reviewed and analyzed using a qualitative research method based on the meta-combination method. findings, the research shows that the conceptual framework of integrated rural housing development is the most appropriate framework for exploitation in rural housing development planning, which often includes key features emphasized in the reviewed articles. proposed framework of components of environmental adaptation, energy efficiency, having a sense of vitality, sense of meaning, human unity and realism, appropriateness to the social status of villagers, participation of rural community, financial affordability in construction, housing maintenance costs, job creation in the housing market considers access to services, having a spatial spirit and identity, durability and durability of construction materials in the form of five dimensions of environmental, economic, socio-cultural, psychosocial and physical-spatial.
