تحلیلی بر توان‌های توسعه شهرستان ‌های استان کردستان با تاکید بر همگرایی ملی

استان کردستان در غرب ایران با دارابودن مرز مشترک با کشور عراق، پتانسیل های قوی و بالقوه ایی جهت توسعه بازرگانی، به خصوص در شهرهای مرزی را دارا است. در این راستا توسعه  و و جود منابع و امکانات  در شهرستان های استان کردستان به عنوان شهرهای مرزی می تواند نقش مهم و حیاتی در برقراری ارتباط با کشورهای همسایه ی خود داشته باشد و هم می تواند آهنگ همگرایی ملی را تسریع کند. هدف از  پژوهش حاضر بررسی و تحلیلی بر توان های توسعه شهرستان های استان کردستان با تاکید بر همگرایی ملی بود. . و از نظر هدف گذاری کاربردی و از نظر روش شناسی به صورت توصیفی- تحلیلی است. در روند تهیه و تولید داده ها ابتدا عوامل موثر بر توسعه استان کردستان با تاکید بر شاخص های همگرایی ملی، با استفاده از نظرات 45 نفر از کارشناسان از طریق روش دلفی شناسایی شده است برای آزمون فرضیه از تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین تحقق توسعه یافتگی و اثر گذاری آن بر روی همگرایی ملی با ضریب مسیر 0.48 رابطه موثری وجود دارد بدین معنی مولفه ها و معیارهای توسعه یافتگی 0.48 درصد موفقیت استراتژی توسعه یافتگی را تبیین می کند. از طرف دیگر بین (شاخص های توسعه انسانی با ضریب مسیر 0.91) با تحقق توسعه یافتگی رابطه علی قوی وجود دارد یعنی دسترسی به شاخص های توسعه انسانی تعیین کننده توسعه یافتگی می باشد، ولی بین عوامل دسترسی توسعه سیاسی (با ضریب مسیر 0.021- ) با موفقیت توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان کردستان رابطه علی وجود ندارد و این بدین معنی است که عوامل دسترسی توسعه سیاسی به واسطه تاثیری که بر تحقق توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان کردستان می گذارد می تواند عاملی تعیین کننده در موفقیت توسعه یافتگی شهرستان های استان کردستان تلقی گردد. در مجموع چنین می توان گفت که توسعه یافتگی شهرستان ها  بر معیارهای همگرایی ملی اثرگذار است.

an analysis on the development capabilities of the cities of kurdistan province with emphasis on national convergence

kurdistan province in west of iran, has a major border with iraq, it can be considered as a strong potential for development of commercial activities, especially in border cities. in this regard, development and its crucial facilities in the border cities of kurdistan can play an important a vital role in establishing relations with neighboring countries and can also accelerate the pace of national convergence. the aim of this study, is to investigate and analyze the development capabilities of cities in kurdistan province with emphasis on national convergence. it the term of aims applied method and in the tern of gathering and interpreting the descriptive-analytical method is used. in the process of preparing and producing data, first the effective factors on the development of kurdistan province with emphasis on national convergence indicators are identified, using delphi method and 45 experts’ ideas. in order to test the hypothesis, structural modeling and path analysis are utilized. the results showed that there is an effective relationship between the occurrence of development and its effect on national convergence with 0.48 coefficient path, which means that the components and criteria of development explain 0.48% of the success of the development strategy. on the other hand, there is a strong casual relationship between human development indicators (with 0.91 coefficient of path) and the occurrence of development, which means human development indicators determine development, but there is is no causal relationship between occurrence of political development factors (with a path coefficient) and success of the development in the cities of kurdistan province. and it means that the factors of political development, due to the effect that it has on the occurrence of the development of the cities of kurdistan province, can be a determining factor in the success of the development of the cities of kurdistan province. in general, it can be said that the development of the cities affects the criteria of national convergence.
