شناسایی و تحلیل الگوی گسترش کلان ‌شهر اهواز در بازه زمانی 1360 تا 1400

شهرنشینی، رشد شهری و گسترش نامطلوب آن به عنوان پدیده ای جهانی، همۀ کشورهای جهان را تحت تاثیر قرار داده است. در دهه های اخیر در ایران رشد و گسترش شهرها به صورت نوعی معضل یا مساله نمایان شده است و شهر اهواز نیز از این مسائل جدا نیست. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و تحلیل الگوی گسترش ‌شهر اهواز در بازه زمانی 1360 تا 1400 است. این پژوهش از لحاظ ماهیت هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش شناسی توصیفی- تحلیلی می باشد و به دنبال بررسی روند گسترش فیزیکی و الگوی گسترش شهر اهواز در افق 1400 است. برای دستیابی اهدف ابتدا روند گسترش فیزیکی در دوره 35 ساله (1360 تا 1395) بررسی شد و سپس 14 شاخص برای بررسی گسترش بهینه توسعه شهر اهواز در افق 1400 استخراج شدند که با استفاده از منطق فازی (fuzzy) این شاخص ها استاندارد شدند و در ادامه برای مدل بهینه با استفاده از مدل تحلیل ترکیبی anpdematel سه سطح برای گسترش این شهر مشخص شده که در ترکیب با overlayfuzzy و gama 9/0 در محیط gis نقشه های خروجی نیز با استفاده از نرم افزار های envi و arc gis استخراج شد. نتایج نشان داد در سطح مدل های پیش بینی کننده اراضی کشاورزی با وزن های 0.101 و 0.118 بیشترین اهمیت و مهم ترین عامل تغییر یافته در روند گسترش فیزیکی شهر اهوا بوده است. همچنین خروجی سطح بندی گسترش فیزیکی در افق 1400 مشخص شد که بهترین مکان در محدوده بلافصل منطقه 8 شهری و عدم قرارگیری بر سایت زمین های کشاورزی در این شهر می باشد.

identifying and analyzing the pattern of development of ahvaz city in the period 1981- 2021

urbanism, urban growth and its undesirable expansion as global phenomena, affect all countries throughout the world. in recent decades, the growth and extension of urban areas has come to be considered as a kind of issue or problem and ahvaz appears to possess such problem. the aim of this study is practical and its methodology is descriptive-analytical. the present study seeks to investigate the physical development of ahvaz extension pattern of ahvaz in the 2021 horizons. first the process of physical extension is investigated during the period from 1981-2017 (35 years) and 14 indicators has been extracted for the study of the appropriate extension of ahvaz development in 2021 horizon. by using of fuzzy logic, these indicators have turned out to be standard and by the use of analytical-combinatory model of anpdematel for the optimized model, 3 levels have been determined for the extension of this city, which has been consequently extracted in the combination of overlayfuzzy and 0/9 gama in the gis environment of output maps also using envi and arc gis software. the results showed that at the level of predictive models of agricultural land with weights of 0.101 and 0.118, the most important and important factor has been the physical development of the city of ahvaz. also, the output of physical expansion on the horizon of 1400 showed that the best location in the immediate area of the 8th district of the city and not being located on the site of agricultural land in this city.
