survey of psychopathological profile in cured patients of covid-19 disease

Objective: the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019, as an epidemic widespread disease has led people to physical and psychological problems. recent studies about the psychological effects of covid-19 have shown that health anxiety and also negative emotions due to the covid-19 epidemic have influenced patients’ health both physically and mentally. this study aimed to survey the psychopathology and personality psychopathology profile of cured patients of covid-19 disease and also the important factors related to the infectious and recovery process of patients in iran.method: the research sample was 30 cured patients of covid-19 who were selected voluntarily and answered the minnesota multiphasic personality inventory- 2nd restructured form (mmpi-2rf) questionnaire.results: the study showed that cured patients of covid-19 suffered from demoralization, low positive emotions, ideas of persecution, and somatic complaints. the study also showed that cured patients of covid-19 disease suffered from anxiety and behavioral restricting fears in assessing the patient’s specific problems.conclusion: anxiety, depression, negative emotions, and also low positive emotions are important factors in the infectious and also the recovering process of covid-19 disease. as the negative emotions and fears are important factors in infectious to covid-19, self-control, and normality in the psychopathological profile are important factors in recovering process too.

بررسی نیمرخ آسیب شناسی روانی بهبود یافتگان بیماری کووید-19

شیوع بیماری کرونا ویروس 2019 ، به عنوان یک بیماری همه گیر اپیدمی ، مردم را به سمت مشکلات جسمی و روانی سوق داده است. مطالعات اخیر در مورد اثرات روانشناختی covid-19 نشان داده است که ، اضطراب سلامتی و همچنین احساسات منفی ناشی از اپیدمی covid-19 ، از نظر جسمی و روحی بر سلامت بیمار تاثیر گذاشته است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی آسیب شناسی روانی و نیمرخ آسیب شناسی روانی شخصیت بیماران تحت درمان با بیماری covid-19 و همچنین عوامل مهم مربوط در روند بهبودی بیماران در ایران انجام شده است.روش: 30 بیمار درمان شده با covid-19 به طور تصادفی و داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه شخصیت چند وجهی مینه سوتا -نسخه دوم بازسازی شده (mmpi-2-rf) پاسخ دادند.یافته ها: این مطالعه نشان داد که بیماران درمان شده با covid-19 در مقیاس های آسیا شناسی روانی و آسیب شناسی شخصیت mmpi-2-rf طبیعی هستند. از آنجا که هیچ اختلالی در آسیب شناسی روانی و نیمرخ آسیب شناسی شخصیت بیماران مشاهده نشد. این مطالعه همچنین نشان داد که بیماران درمان شده با بیماری covid-19 از مشکلات جسمی / شناختی مانند درد سر ، مشکلات گوارشی و عصبی رنج می برند.نتیجه گیری: اضطراب ، افسردگی ، احساسات منفی و همچنین احساسات مثبت پایین از فاکتورهای مهم نه تنها در عفونت بلکه در روند بهبود بیماری covid-19 هستند. از آنجا که احساسات و ترس منفی از عوامل مهم در ابتلا به covid-19 هستند ، خودکنترلی و بهنجاری در نیمرخ آسیب شناسی روانشناختی از عوامل مهم در روند بهبود هستند.
