شاخصه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی از منظر قرآن و روایات

سرمایه اجتماعی یکی از مهم‌ترین سرمایه‌های هر جامعه‌ای است که به پایایی و پویایی جامعه کمک می‌کند. علی‌رغم اهمیت این سرمایه در حیات اجتماعی، این پدیده در حدّ کافی در جامعه نهادینه نشده است؛ این امر از رشد آمار طلاق و ازدواج‌های کم‌دوام، میزان روزافزون انواع جنایت‌ها، بی‌اعتمادی به دیگران، سلطه فرهنگ فردگرایی و...به‌روشنی دریافت می‌شود. ضرورت وجود سرمایه اجتماعی سبب شده تا اسلام به‌مثابه دینی واقع‌گرا، آحاد جامعه اسلامی را به تولید این سرمایه ترغیب کند. در این نوشتار تلاش شده است تا به مهم‌ترین شاخصه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی از منظر قرآن پرداخته شود. روش گرداوری داده در این پژوهش، اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و روش پردازش آن‌ها مبتنی بر روش اجتهادی با رویکرد تفسیری اجتماعی بوده است. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که قرآن و روایات پایبندی به اعتماد اجتماعی، اخوت دینی، تعاون اجتماعی، همبستگی اجتماعی و تعهد اجتماعی را به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین شاخصه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی مورد تاکید قرار داده است.

social capital constitutes one of the most significant assets of any society, contributing to its stability and vitality. despite its importance in social life, this phenomenon has not been sufficiently institutionalized in contemporary society; this is evident in the rising rates of divorce and unstable marriages, the increasing prevalence of various crimes, widespread mistrust of others, and the dominance of individualistic culture. the necessity of social capital has led islam, as a realist religion, to encourage members of the muslim community to cultivate and strengthen this asset. in this article, an attempt has been made to address the most significant indicators of social capital from the perspective of the qurʾan. the method of data collection in this study is documentary and library-based, while their analysis is conducted through the ijtihādī method with a socio-exegetical approach. the findings indicate that the qurʾan and ḥadīth emphasize adherence to social trust, religious brotherhood, social cooperation, social solidarity, and social commitment as the most important indicators of social capital.
