مدل مفهومی سه بُعدی پاسخگویی در سیستم‌های اجتماعی مبتنی بر قرآن و روایات

هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل سه‌بعدی پاسخگویی در سیستم‌های اجتماعی مبتنی بر قرآن کریم و اعتبار‌یابی آن در دانشگاه‌ها از طریق یک پژوهش ترکیبی چند مطالعه‌ای بود. در بخش اول پژوهش یک چارچوب مفهومی از پاسخگویی در سیستم‌های اجتماعی بر اساس تحلیل محتوای کیفی مقوله‌ای آیات قرآن کریم با استفاده از فرایند چرخه‌ای تحلیل (مشتمل بر چهار مرحله گردآوری اطلاعات، تقلیل احیاگرایانه داده‌ها، سازمان‌دهی و تحلیل اطلاعات و تفسیر و نتیجه‌گیری) استخراج گردید. این چارچوب در سه بُعد مبانی (مشتمل بر حق‌گرایی، عدم تکبر، تقوا، ایمان، اطلاعت الهی، عمل صالح و موازین الهی)، موانع (مشتمل بر کفرورزی، گمراهی، تشکیک، سیئات، فریبکاری و پیمان‌شکنی) و عوامل زمینه‌ساز (مشتمل بر توفیق الهی، پایداری، آرامش، توکل، بصیرت، درستکاری، اعمال حسنه و مسئولیت‌پذیری) شکل گرفت و از طریق فن اعتمادپذیری و روش‌های مرور متخصصان و خودبازبینی با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و بهره‌گیری از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته، اعتبار پذیری این چارچوب توسعه داده‌شده در دانشگاه‌ها به‌عنوان یک سیستم اجتماعی موردبررسی و چارچوب مفهومی تایید و اعتباریابی شد.

a three-dimensional conceptual model of accountability in social systems based on the qur’an and hadiths

this research aims to present a three-dimensional model of accountability in social systems based on the holy qur’an and its validation in universities through a multi-study mixed research. in the first part of the research, a conceptual framework of accountability in social systems was extracted based on a qualitative categorical content analysis of the verses of the holy qur’an using a cyclical process of analysis (including four stages of data collection, revivalist data reduction, data organization and analysis, and interpretation and conclusion). this framework has been formed in three dimensions: foundations (including righteousness, non-arrogance, piety, faith, divine knowledge, righteous deeds, and divine scales), obstacles (including disbelief, misguidance, doubt, evil deeds, deceit, and breach of contract), and enabling factors (including divine support, stability, peace, trust, insight, honesty, good deeds, and responsibility). using the qualitative content analysis method and semi-structured interviews, the validity of this framework developed in universities has been confirmed and validated through the reliability technique and expert review methods and self-review as a social system under study and a conceptual framework.
