مولفه‌های توانمندسازی اجتماعی اقتصادی بانوان سرپرست خانوار از منظر قرآن

تامین معیشت و باز اجتماعی کردن زندگی زنان سرپرست خانواده‌ای که از اقشار آسیب ‌دیده و یا در معرض آسیب هستند، در علومی همچون روان‌شناسی و جامعه‌ شناسی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و آثاری در این‌باره تدوین‌شده‌است؛ اما این پرسش‌ها مطرح می‌شود: قرآنی که «تبیانُ کلِّ شیء» است، برای پاسخ به نیازمندی‌های مالی و توانمندسازی اجتماعی این بخش از جامعه، چه راهکارهایی را ارائه نموده است؟ آیا در قرآن کریم نمونه‌ها و الگوهایی از توانمندسازی اجتماعی و اقتصادی بانوان سرپرست خانواده ذکرشده یا خیر؟ با واکاوی آیات و مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای متون تفسیری، می‌توان به مولفه‌ها و الگوهایی دست‌یافت که تامین نیازمندی‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی زنان سرپرست خانوار را با محوریت «کانون خانواده» مطرح کرده و در پی آن است به‌صورت مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم، زمینه توانمندسازی مالی و اجتماعی این قشر را به‌وسیله مردان فراهم سازد. این بخش با نگاه به «تحکیم کانون خانواده» و «ترمیم خانواده‌های ازهم‌پاشیده شده» و «گسترده نمودن شبکه خانواده» عملیاتی می‌گردد. دسته دیگری از راهکارهای قرآنی وجود دارند که می‌تواند زمینه توانمندسازی اجتماعی مالی همه اقشار محروم جامعه ازجمله زنان سرپرست خانواده را خارج از کانون خانواده فراهم نماید از قبیل «تشویق به کار و درآمدزایی بانوان و اعضای خانواده»، «حمایت حاکم اسلامی و نماینده وی از افراد و خانواده‌های نیازمند» و «عمل اعضای خانواده به دستورالعمل‌های معنوی و تربیتی» جزو این دسته از راهکارها هستند.

providing a livelihood and resocializing the lives of female heads of families who are affected or are at risk of being harmed has been investigated in sciences such as psychology and sociology, and works have been compiled in this regard; but these questions are raised: what solutions has the qur’an, which is the &explanation of the whole thing&, provided to answer the financial needs and social empowerment of this stratum of the society? are examples and models of social and economic empowerment of female heads of the family mentioned in the holy quran or not? by analyzing the verses and library study of interpretive texts, it is possible to obtain the components and patterns that meet the economic and social needs of female heads of the household with the focus on &family center& and directly or indirectly, provide the field of financial and social empowerment of this stratum by men. this part can be done through a view to &strengthening the family center& and &restoring broken families& and &expanding the family network&.there are another group of quranic solutions that can provide the social and financial empowerment of all disadvantaged stratum of the society, including female heads of families outside the family center, such as &encouraging women and family members to work and generate income, supporting of needy people and their families by the islamic ruler and his representative and family members’ following of spiritual and educational instructions are among these solutions.
