چکیده
|
استراتژی ھای نوین در نگھداری و تعمیر نقش بسزایی در افزایش عملکرد صنایع مختلف بصورت فنی و کاھش ھزینھ ھا دارند. انقلاب صنعتی نسل چھارم تاثیر بسیاری در افزایش عملکرد فنی صنایع مختلف و کاھش ھزینھ ھا ایفا می کند. تکنولوژی ھای موجود در صنعت 4.٠ باعث عرضھ فناوری ھای نوین مرتبط با صنعت می شود کھ قابلیت تعمیر و نگھداری را ارتقا می بخشد. از جملھ فناوری ھای نوین می توان تعمیر و نگھداری تجھیزات بصورت ریموت و خود نگھداری اشاره کرد. در این پژوھش، آخرین فناوری ھای انقلاب صنعتی نسل چھارم در یک کارخانھ ھوشمند کھ تاثیر بسزایی بر سیاست ھای تعمیر و نگھداری دارند مورد بررسی و کاربردھای آنھا در استراتژی ھا مورد بحث قرار می گیرند. از گرایشاتی کھ در سیاست ھای تعمیر و نگھداری وجود دارد می توان تعمیر و نگھداری از راه دور و تعمیرات خودکار را مثال زد. ھدف این پژوھش، نقش و بررسی آخرین فناوری ھای انقلاب صنعتی نسل جھارم و چالش ھای موجود در آن است.

Abstract
|
new strategies in maintenance and repair play a significant role in increasing the technical performance of various industries and reducing costs. the fourth generation industrial revolution has a great impact on increasing the technical performance of various industries and reducing costs. existing technologies in industry 4.0 will provide new technologies related to the industry that will improve the ability to maintain and maintain. among the new technologies, remote and self-maintenance of equipment can be mentioned. in this research, the latest technologies of the fourth generation industrial revolution in a smart factory that have a significant impact on maintenance policies are examined and their applications in strategies are discussed. remote maintenance and automatic repairs can be examples of the trends in maintenance policies. the purpose of this research is the role and examination of the latest technologies of the eighth generation industrial revolution and the challenges in it.
