بررسی آینده‌نگرانه شاخص‌های توانمندسازی جوامع شهری با تاکید بر توان‌های طبیعی در راستای توسعه گردشگری پایدار شهر چمستان

شهر چمستان ظرفیت بالایی برای گردشگری پایدار دارد. برای جلوگیری از پیامدهای نامطلوب گردشگری، ارائه راهکارهای آینده‌نگرانه با تکیه بر توانمندسازی جامعه محلی و استفاده صحیح از منابع طبیعی ضروری است. این پژوهش در سال 1403 با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و رویکرد ترکیبی، شاخص‌های توانمندسازی جوامع شهری با تاکید بر توان‌های طبیعی در راستای توسعه گردشگری پایدار چمستان را با رویکردی آینده‌نگرانه بررسی کرده‌است. جامعه آماری، ساکنین شهر چمستان که به نوعی در فعالیت‌های مرتبط با گردشگری یا بهره‌برداری از منابع طبیعی مشارکت دارند بود. نمونه‌ای با تعداد 400 نفر از ساکنین شهر چمستان به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب و به عنوان نماینده جامعه محلی بررسی شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از رویکرد توصیفی تحلیلی و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. پرسشنامه شامل 12 شاخص اصلی و زیرشاخص‌های مربوطه بود که پس از تایید 42 نفر از خبرگان حوزه گردشگری و مدیریت شهری، به مرحله اجرا درآمد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، از تکنیک دیمتل فازی برای بررسی روابط متقابل میان شاخص‌ها و ارزیابی تاثیرات آن‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که شاخص «دسترسی به منابع طبیعی» با میانگین امتیاز 4.7 و «اشتغال‌زایی» با میانگین امتیاز 4.6 به ترتیب به‌عنوان اولویت‌های نخست و دوم شناخته شدند. همچنین، تحلیل ورودی و خروجی به کمک دیمتل فازی حاکی از آن بود که شاخص «فرهنگ و هویت بومی» با نسبت ورودی به خروجی 1.06 در صدر اولویت‌ها قرار دارد. این تحقیق نشان‌دهنده اهمیت توجه به توان‌های طبیعی و مشارکت مردم در فرآیند توسعه گردشگری به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت زندگی محلی و دستیابی به توسعه پایدار است.  

a future-oriented examination of urban communities' empowerment indicators, emphasizing natural potentials for sustainable tourism development in chamestan

chamestan has a high potential for sustainable tourism. to prevent undesirable consequences of tourism, it is essential to provide forward-looking solutions based on empowering the local community and the proper use of natural resources. this research, conducted in 2024 using a descriptive-analytical method and a mixed approach, examines the indicators for empowering urban communities with an emphasis on natural capabilities in line with the sustainable tourism development of chamestan from a future-oriented perspective. the statistical population consisted of residents of chamestan who are involved in tourism-related activities or the utilization of natural resources. a sample of 400 residents was randomly selected and examined as representatives of the local community. for data collection, a descriptive-analytical approach and a questionnaire were utilized. the questionnaire included 12 main indicators and their related sub-indicators, which were implemented after being approved by 42 experts in the fields of tourism and urban management. to analyze the data, the fuzzy dematel technique was used to examine the interrelationships among the indicators and assess their impacts. the findings indicated that the indicator access to natural resources with an average score of 4.7 and job creation with an average score of 4.6 were recognized as the first and second priorities, respectively. furthermore, input-output analysis using fuzzy dematel revealed that the indicator culture and local identity ranked highest with an input-output ratio of 1.06. this research highlights the importance of focusing on natural capabilities and community participation in the tourism development process to improve local quality of life and achieve sustainable development.
