   بررسی میزان بازدهی استارت آپ های هوشمندسازی شهری به‌منظور دستیابی به پایداری در ایران

چکیده    دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﻣﺮوزه در ﺟﻬﺖ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﺷﻬﺮی ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﯾﮑﯽ از راهﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺳﻬﻮﻟﺖ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻇﺮﻓﯿﺖ اﺳﺘﺎرتآپﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ در رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﺷﻬﺮی راﻫﮕﺸﺎ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﺑﺪﯾﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﺎزدﻫﯽ اﺳﺘﺎرتآپﻫﺎی ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪﺳﺎزی ﺷﻬﺮی در اﯾﺮان ﺟﻬﺖ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﭙﺮدازد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی ﺑﻮده و روش آن ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ - ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻃﯿﻒ ﻟﯿﮑﺮﺗﯽ ﺑﻮده و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن آﺷﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع اﺳﺘﺎرتآپ و ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ از روش ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪﺑﺮﻓﯽ )ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻧﺎﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺑﻮدن ﺗﻌﺪاد ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻫﺮ ﺣﯿﻄﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 213 ﻋﺪد ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﻈﺮ ﭘﻨﺞ ﺗﻦ از اﺳﺘﯿﺪ ﺣﻮزه ﺷﻬﺮی و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎی ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 0,851 ﺑﻮد، ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﺎزدﻫﯽ اﺑﺘﺪا ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺳﻨﺘﺰﭘﮋوﻫﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﻮردﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ در ﺷﺶ ﺣﻮزه ﺷﻬﺮ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ )ﺟﺎﺑﻪﺟﺎﯾﯽ، ﺣﮑﻤﺮاﻧﯽ، ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ، ﻣﺮدم، زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و اﻗﺘﺼﺎد( ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪی ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎی ﺷﺶﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن t ﺗﮏ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪای ﻣﯿﺰان ﺑﺎزدﻫﯽ اﺳﺘﺎرتآپﻫﺎ در رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن t ﺑﯿﺎﻧﮕﺮ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ اﺳﺘﺎرتآپﻫﺎی ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎی ﺟﺎﺑﺠﺎﯾﯽ، ﺣﮑﻤﺮاﻧﯽ و زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ در اﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦﻫﺎی 3,47، 3,10 و 3,25 در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﺑﺎزدﻫﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ رﺳﯿﺪهاﻧﺪ؛ اﻣﺎ در ﺣﻮزهﻫﺎی ﻣﺤﯿﻂزﯾﺴﺖ، ﻣﺮدم و اﻗﺘﺼﺎد ﻫﻮﺷﻤﻨﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦﻫﺎی 2,40 ،2,36 و 2,56 ﻫﻨﻮز ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ زﯾﺎدی ﺗﺎ رﺳﯿﺪن ﺑﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاری وﺟﻮد دارد.

   investigating the efficiency of urban smart start-ups in order to achieve sustainability in iran

Abstract    achieving smart city indicators is one of the most important issues that are raised today in order to achieve urban sustainability. one of the ways that can facilitate the achievement of smart city indicators is to use the capacity of start-ups, which can be helpful in achieving smart city indicators and thus achieving urban sustainability. thus, this research seeks to examine the efficiency of urban smart start-ups in iran to achieve urban sustainability. this research is of an applied type and its method is descriptive-analytical. the instrument used in the research is a likert scale questionnaire and the statistical population of the research is experts familiar with the subject of startups and smart cities. to determine the number of samples, the bullet method is used. barfi (due to the uncertainty of the number of experts in each area of the smart city) was used and the number of samples equal to 213 was obtained. the validity of the questionnaire was obtained based on the opinion of five experts in the urban area and its reliability was obtained using cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was equal to 0.851. in order to check the efficiency, first, by using the method of synthesis of the studied indicators in six areas of the smart city. (displacement, governance, environment, people, life and economy) are identified and using confirmatory factor analysis, the relationship of indicators with six areas is determined and then using single sample t test the efficiency of start-ups in achieving urban sustainability is examined. the results of the t test indicate that the start-ups in the areas of mobility, governance and smart life in iran are in stable conditions with averages of 3.47, 3.10 and 3.25 and have achieved good efficiency, but in the areas of environment life, people and smart economy with averages of 2.36, 2.40 and 2.56, there is still a long way to reach sustainability.
