واکاوی پیشران های موثر بر نوآوری و تحول شهری با رویکرد آینده پژوهی مورد مطالعه: شهر تهران

نوآوری و توسعه شهری محرک اصلی برای ارتقای توسعه صنعتی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی شهرها است. با این حال، عوامل و پیشران هایی که بر نوآوری و توسعه شهرها تاثیر می‌گذارند، نیازمند بررسی و واکاوی هستند. بر این اساس این مطالعه تلاش دارد که با رویکرد آینده پژوهشی پیشران های موثر بر نوآوری و تحول شهری در تهران را بررسی نماید. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است. جامعه آماری کارشناسان/خبرگان مسائل شهری در شهر تهران بوده است. به استفاده از نمونه گیری غیراحتمالی و به صوت هدفمند 30 کارشناس انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسش نامه تاثیرات متقابل آینده پژوهی استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی و مدل ساختاری و نرم افزار میک مک (micmac) استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش گویای آن بود که پیشران های همزیستی هماهنگ انسان و طبیعت به عنوان کلیدی نوآوری شهری (46+)، همکاری نزدیک و پیوندهای نوآورانه بین شهرهای منطقه (37+)، تقویت مخزن سرمایه انسانی و ساماندهی جمعیت نخبه (24+)، تجمع عناصر نوآوری مانند منابع انسانی و سرمایه نوآور در شهر (21+)، استعدادیابی حرفه ای شهروندان با توجه به سطح تحصیلات جمعیتی (16+)، توسعه و تقویت سرمایه گذاری شهری برای دریافت نوآوری شهری (13+)، توسعه فرهنگ علمی و عادات علمی شهروندان برای ارتقاع استعدادها (6+)، بهبود و انتشار تکنولوژی نوین جهت پیشرفت نوآوری بیشتر (6+)، دولت محلی و مدیریت محلی بلند مدت (6+)، تخصصی شدن صنایع محلی نوآور شهری (5+) و تقویت فرهنگ کارآفرینی در بین شهروندان و توسعه نوآورانه (3+) مهم ترین پیشران های موثر بر نوآوری و تحول شهری در افق 1414 شهر تهران می باشند. نوآوری پژوهش در این است که تا کنون مطالعه ای پیشران های موثر بر نوآوری و تحول شهری را حداقل در داخل کشور مورد بررسی قرار نداده است. 

analyzing the effective drivers on urban innovation and transformation with a future research approach (case study: tehran city)

urban innovation and development is the main driver for promoting the industrial, economic and social development of cities. however, the factors and drivers that affect the innovation and development of cities need to be investigated. based on this, this study tries to investigate the driving factors affecting urban innovation and transformation in tehran with a future research approach. the current research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed method (quantitative and qualitative). the statistical population was experts/experts on urban issues in tehran. 30 experts were selected using non-probability sampling and purposeful voice. to collect the data, the questionnaire of mutual effects of future research was used. structural model and micmac software were used for data analysis. the results of the research showed that the drivers of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature as the keys to urban innovation (+46), close cooperation and innovative links between the cities of the region (+37), strengthening the pool of human capital and organizing the elite population (+24), accumulation of elements of innovation such as human resources and innovative capital in the city (+21), finding professional talent of citizens according to the population education level (+16), developing and strengthening urban investment to receive urban innovation (+13), developing scientific culture and the scientific habits of citizens to promote talents (+6), improve and disseminate new technology for the development of more innovation (+6), local government and long-term local management (+6), specialization of local innovative urban industries (+5) and strengthening entrepreneurial culture among citizens and innovative development (+3) are the most important driving forces for innovation and urban transformation in the 1414 horizon of tehran.
