بررسی اثرات شهر هوشمند بر زیست پذیری شهرها (مورد پژوهی:منطقه 9 کلان شهر مشهد)

شهرها و کلانشهر , نوع جدیدی از مشکلات را تولید می کنند. مدیریت زباله ؛ کمبود منابع ، آلودگی هوا ؛ نگرانی سلامت انسان ؛ ترافیک و کهنگی زیرساخت مشکلاتی در میان پایه فنی ، فیزیکی و مشکلات مواد می باشد.اطمینان از شرایط قابل زندگی در چارچوب چنین رشد سریع جمعیت شهری در سراسر جهان نیاز به درک عمیق تر از مفهوم شهر هوشمند دارد. ضرورت پیرامون این چالش ها باعث شد بسیاری از شهرها در سراسر جهان برای یافتن راه های دقیق برای مدیریت آنها تلاش کنند.لذا در این پژوهش به بررسی تاثیر هوشمند سازی بر زیست پذیری شهر در منطقه 9 شهرداری کلانشهرمشهد پرداخته شده است. در ابتدا اقدام به تهیه پرسشنامه در خصوص شاخص های شهر هوشمند در نواحی منطقه 9 کردیم و در مرحله بعد ویژگی های توصیفی پرسشنامه را در نواحی سه گانه منطقه 9 شهرداری مشهد با توجه به شاخص های شهر هوشمند با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی به بررسی شاخص ها پرداختیم و در قسمت دوم به تشریح و بررسی شاخص های شهر هوشمند با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی به اولویت بندی شاخص کردیم و در قسمت سوم با استفاده از روش تاپسیس و بهره گیری از روش ترکیبی ahp-topsis مشخص نمودیم که ناحیه 1 از نواحی منطقه 9 شهرداری مشهد نسبت به سایر نواحی هوشمندتر است و در نهایت به ارائه راهکارهایی با تاکید بر شهر زیست پذیر پرداخته شده است.

cities and metropolises produce new types of problems. waste management; lack of resources, air pollution; human health concerns; traffic and infrastructure obsolescence are problems between the technical, physical base and material problems. ensuring livable living in the context of such rapid urban population growth around the world requires a deeper understanding of the concept of smart city. the need for these challenges has led many cities around the world to try to find accurate ways to manage them. first, a questionnaire was designed for smart city indicators in the regions of region 9 and then the indicators were analyzed using factor analysis. in the second part, after describing and reviewing the smart city indicators, the index was prioritized using the method of hierarchical analysis. finally, the areas were leveled using the topsis method and the ahp-topsis combined method. the results showed that district 1 is smarter than district 9 of mashhad municipality than other districts. solutions were also presented with an emphasis on the livable city.
