واکاوی عوامل موثر بر توسعۀ گردشگری در منطقۀ سیستان با رویکرد آینده‌پژهی

در بازۀ زمانی کنونی، صنعت گردشگری راه‌گشای بسیاری از مسائل اقتصادی جوامع انسانی، به‌ویژه شهرها است؛ بطوری‌که این صنعت در بسیاری از مناطق زمینه‌ساز رشد و توسعۀ بوده است. بر این اساس، هدف پژوهش شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی موثر بر صنعت گردشگری منطقۀ سیستان می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش بر اساس روش‌های جدید علم آینده‌پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی است که در سه مرحلۀ تعیین شاخص‌های کلیدی از طریق دلفی و شناسایی پیشران‌های کلیدی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار micmac بر پایه روش تحلیل اثرات متقاطع انجام گرفته است و پس از آن با استفاده از پیشران‌های شناسایی شده فضای سناریو تدوین شد. نمونۀ مورد مطالعۀ شامل 26 نفر از کارشناسان مرتبط با حوزۀ گردشگری در منطقه سیستان می‌باشند که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در مجموع 27 شاخص در گردشگری سیستان اثرگذارند که در این بین 5 شاخص به عنوان پیشران‌های کلیدی انتخاب شدند. این پیشران‌ها بیشترین اثرگذاری و کمترین اثرپذیری را داشتند که شامل پیشران‌های وجود امنیت، وجود نیزارها و پرندگان مهاجر در دریاچه هامون، هزینۀ مناسب و ارزان، وجود 26 اثر باستانی ثبت شده در آثار ملی و بین‌المللی (شهر سوخته، سه‌کوهه، آتشکده زردتشتیان و ...) و خدمات رفاهی می‌باشند. در این بین پیشران‌های هزینۀ مناسب و ارزان، وجود 26 اثر باستانی ثبت شده در آثار ملی و بین‌المللی بیشترین اثرگذاری را در توسعۀ صنعت گردشگری داشتند. از بین 4 سناریوی شناسایی شده، سناریوی اول با 71.02 درصد، محتمل‌ترین سناریو شناسایی شد.

investigating the factors affecting the development of tourism in sistan region by future studies approach

in the current period, the tourism industry is the solution to many economic problems of human societies, especially cities; as this industry has been the basis for growth and development in many areas. accordingly, the aim of this study is to identify the key drivers affecting the tourism industry in sistan region. the present study is applied and based on new methods of futures research. analytical and exploratory method in three stages were used to determine key indicators through delphi and identify key drivers using micmac software based on cross-sectional analysis method. and then the scenario was developed using the identified propulsions. the study sample includes 26 experts related to tourism in sistan region who were purposefully selected. the results show that total of 27 indicators affect tourism in sistan, of which 5 indicators were selected as key drivers. these propellants were the most effective, including the prophecies of existence of security, existence of reeds and migratory birds in lake hamoon, reasonable and cheap, existence of 26 antiquities registered in national and international monuments (burnt city) , sahkuh, zoroastrian fire temple, etc.) and welfare services. among these, the proponents of reasonable and cheap cost, the existence of 26 antiquities registered in national and international monuments had the greatest impact on the development of the tourism industry. out of 4 identified scenarios, the first scenario was identified as the most probable scenario with 7.02%.
