آینده‌نگاری مقاصد گردشگری ورزشی بر اساس رهیافت سناریو (مطالعه موردی: استان اصفهان)

عدم توجه به آینده در سیاست‌های گردشگری کشور و اصرار بر الگوی «برنامه‌ریزی بر اساس وضع موجود» باعث شده است تا سیاست‌هایی بسیار ناکارآمد برای مدیریت مقاصد گردشگری ورزشی اتخاذ شود. لذا هدف این مطالعه تحلیل آینده مقاصد گردشگری ورزشی بر اساس شناسایی عوامل و پیشران‌های منتهی به سناریوهای محتمل و ممکن تا افق زمانی 1410 می‌باشد که از طریق یک مطالعه موردی در استان اصفهان انجام شده است. روش تحقیق این مطالعه، از نوع پیمایشی است. داده‌ها با استفاده از سه روش مصاحبه، مرور ادبیات نظری و پرسشنامه‌های وزن‌دهی شده گردآوری شد. جامعه آماری شامل 14 نفر از متخصصین حوزه گردشگری ورزشی بودند که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل ساختاری و تحلیل سناریو انجام گردید. یافته‌ها نشان داد سیستم گردشگری ورزشی استان اصفهان یک سیستم ناپایدار با 16 سناریو می‌باشد که شامل دو سناریوی غیرمحتمل، هفت سناریوی ناسازگار، دو سناریو با احتمال وقوع ضعیف، سه سناریوی با احتمال وقوع متوسط و دو سناریو با احتمال وقوع قوی است. سناریوی ششم محتمل‌ترین سناریو برای آینده 10 ساله استان اصفهان است. بر اساس این سناریو، سرمایه‌گذاری در زیرساخت‌های گردشگری ورزشی در حالت راکد یا رو به کاهش بوده و سیاست‌گذاری هوشمندانه‌ای برای توسعه انواع گردشگری ورزشی وجود نخواهد داشت. بر این اساس، فقدان سیاست‌گذاری واحد و منسجم با قابلیت به‌روزرسانی مداوم و پویا در سطح ملی، منجر به آسیب‌پذیر شدن مقاصد گردشگری ورزشی استان اصفهان شده است. لذا مهمترین راهبردها و اقدامات برنامه‌ریزانه آینده، بایستی حول محور «سیاست‌گذاری در سطح استانی» متمرکز شود.

futurism of sports tourism destinations based on a scenario approach (case study: isfahan province)

lack of attention to the future in the tourism policies of iran and insisting on the model of planning based on the current situation has led to the adoption of very inefficient policies to manage sports tourism destinations. therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the future of sports tourism destinations based on identifying the factors leading to possible scenarios up to the time horizon of 1410, which has been done through a case study in isfahan province. the research method of this study is survey. research data were collected using three methods: interview, theoretical literature review and weighted questionnaires. the statistical population of the study included 14 experts in the field of sports tourism. data analysis was performed using structural analysis and scenario analysis. the findings showed that isfahan sports tourism system is an unstable system with 16 scenarios including two unlikely scenarios, seven inconsistent scenarios, two low-probabilities, three medium-probability and two high-probability scenarios.the sixth scenario is the most likely scenario for the 10-year future of isfahan province. based on this scenario, investment in sports tourism infrastructure is stagnant or declining, and there will be no intelligent policy for the development of sports tourism. for this reason, the lack of a unified and coherent policy with the ability of continuous and dynamic updating at the national level, has led to the vulnerability of sports tourism destinations in isfahan province. therefore, the most important strategies and future planning actions should be focused on policy-making at the provincial level.
