خلق فضاهای شهری همه شمول

طی دهه‌های گذشته بحث مشارکت مساوی افراد کم‌توان و به حاشیه رانده‌شده در زندگی اقتصادی، اجتماعی و مدنی در راس دستور کار سیاسی بسیاری از کشورها قرار گرفته است. با توجه به اینکه با افزایش امید‌به‌زندگی در سرتاسر جهان، شهرها ‌می‌باید جمعیتی که هم در حال پیری و هم در حال افزایش هستند را به نحو شایسته‌ای در خود جای دهند؛ ازاین‌رو نیاز به توسعه محیط‌های شهری همه‌شمول که از ساکنان خود با توانایی‌های مختلف در تمام مراحل زندگی حمایت کنند، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر به نظر می‌رسد. بازگرداندن عزت‌نفس و استقلال افراد ناتوان و درعین‌حال تشویق توسعه و اجرای طراحی کاربرپسند، فراگیر و دربرگیرنده از اهداف مترقی چنین رویکردی است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر که از حیث هدف کاربردی- توسعه‌ای است و از روش اسنادی و پیمایشی برای جمع آورده داده‌ها بهره برده است، به تحلیل عوامل موثر بر خلق فضاهای شهری همه‌شمول می‌پردازد. با بررسی ادبیات نظری پژوهش و با توسل به نظرات 20 خبره جغرافیای شهری که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به مشارکت دعوت شدند، ابعاد و مولفه‌های محوری خلق چنین فضاهایی استخراج گردید. سپس با استفاده از مدل‌سازی ساختاری –تفسیری ارتباطات میان ابعاد و همچنین میزان نفوذ و وابستگی هر یک تعیین و با نرم‌افزار میک مک بررسی و تحلیل گردید. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش عوامل موثر بر خلق فضاهای شهری همه‌شمول در 7 سطح و متشکل از 36 مولفه ارائه شد که تاثیرگذارترین آن‌ها شامل دسترسی، استفاده ساده و قابل‌درک، راحتی و انعطاف‌پذیری بوده است.

over the past years, the issue of equal participation of disabled and marginalized people in economic, social, and civil life has been a top priority for many countries. with life expectancy increasing across the world, cities need to accommodate an aging and growing population. developing inclusive urban environments that support residents with different abilities in all stages of life is essential. this approach aims to restore the self-esteem and independence of disabled people and to encourage the development and implementation of user-friendly, universal, and inclusive design. this study analyzed the factors that affect the creation of inclusive urban spaces. the main indicators and variables of creating such spaces were determined by reviewing the theoretical research literature and using the opinions of 20 urban geography experts. using interpretive-structural modeling, the relationships between the indicators and the degree of influence and dependence of each one were determined and analyzed. based on the findings of the research, effective factors in the creation of inclusive urban spaces were presented on 7 levels and consisting of 37 components. the most influential factors include accessibility, simple and understandable use, comfort, and flexibility
