بررسی تطبیقی مناطق شهری بندر ماهشهر از منظر شاخص های شهر خلاق

پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. گردآوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه با 6 شاخص(تکنولوژی  ارتباطی، سرمایه اجتماعی، کارایی و اثر بخشی، سرزندگی، کیفیت زندگی، تنوع شهری) و 35 گویه بر مبنای پاسخ های ساکنان مناطق بندر ماهشهر صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری برابر با (167532) و با حجم نمونه382 نفر انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون های آماری (t-test)، تحلیل واریانس(an ova)، پس از تجربه lsd و مدل رتبه بندی waspas مورد انجام گرفت. نتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه ای نشان داده میانگین بدست آمده از کل شاخص شهر خلاق در بندر ماهشهر (2.60) می باشد که حاکی از وضعیت نامطلوب شاخص های شهر خلاق دارد. بر اساس آزمون تحلیل واریانس میان مناطق 5 گانه شهر بندر ماهشهر به لحاظ شاخص های شهر خلاق تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد؛ بگونه ای که بیشترین اختلاف میانگین در بین مناطق شهر بندر ماهشهر مربوط به شاخص کیفیت زندگی و کم ترین اختلاف میانگین مربوط به شاخص تکنولوژی ارتباطی می باشد. بین مناطق شهر بندر ماهشهر به لحاظ شاخص های شهر خلاق منطقه 3 با امتیاز (0.48251415) رتبه اول، منطقه 2 با امتیاز 0.42132123 رتبه دوم، و مناطق1، 4، 5 به ترتیب با نمرات 0.41542123، 0.16160800و 0.15994421 در رتبه های بعدی قرار دارند. از اینرو محلات شماره 1و2 واقع در منطقه سه که عمدتا محل سکونت شاغلان صنعت و پتروشیمی می باشند؛ صرفا بخاطر برخورداری از امکانات و امتیازات ارائه شده توسط بخش صنعت از یک سو و توجه ویژه مدیریت شهری بندر ماهشهر در ارائه خدمات شهری از طرف دیگر؛ سبب گردید تا نسبت به سایر محلات شهری در شاخص های شهر خلاق در وضعیت مطلوب تری قرار داشته باشند.
