تحلیل فضایی پایداری محیط‌زیستی در بخش مرکزی شهر اردبیل

هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت پایداری محیط زیستی در بخش مرکزی شهر اردبیل به منظور هدایت برنامه ریزی و مدیریت شهری در جهت ارتقاء پایداری است. داده های مورد تحلیل از منابع اسنادی و همچنین از پیمایش صورت گرفته بر روی نمونه آماری شهروندان ساکن به دست آمده اند. با توجه به مختصات نقاط برداشت، از داده های پیمایشی یک لایه شیپ نقطه ای فایل فراهم آمده و شیپ فایل های اسنادی نیز با نقاط یادشده انطباق یافته و در مجموع یک لایه واحد نقطه ای را تشکیل داده اند که مبنای تحلیل ها قرار گرفته است. تحلیل ها با استفاده از پارامترهای آمار توصیفی بر روی جدول مربوط به نقشه تولید شده با امکانات درون یابی سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی صورت گرفته است. یافته ها دلالت بر این دارندکه محدوده مطالعاتی در سطح متوسط و نزدیک به پایین از پایداری محیط زیستی قرار گرفته است. میانگین ارقام مجموع 19 شاخص پایداری مورد بررسی 2/48 بوده که پایین تر از رقم متوسط (3) است. تنها وجه مثبت از پایداری، میانگین طول سفرهای شهری است. رقم مربوط به 18 شاخص دیگر سطح پایینی از پایداری را نشان می دهند. به لحاظ فضایی گرچه نابرابری حادی مشهود نیست اما در هسته های مرکزی محدوده، سطح پایداری پایین تر و در حواشی شمال غربی و جنوب بالاتر است. به عنوان نتیجه گیری باید گفت که ارتقاء سطح پایداری از سویی مستلزم ایجاد و درونی سازی فرهنگ مربوط است که بایستی با آموزش و آگاهی بخشی حاصل گردد و از سوی دیگر مرهون تجدید نظر در مقررات ساختمانی و شهرسازی با محور قرار دادن پایداری محیط زیستی و توسعه فضای سبزاست.

this paper aimed to investigate environmental sustainability in central part of ardebil city. the data obtained from documentary sources such as gis files of land use and population as well as from a survey conducted on a sample people of the study area residents. according to the coordinates of the points, a point layer is provided from the survey data and the documentary data are also adapted to the points to form an integrated point layer. the analyzes are performed using statistical parameters and the descriptive table of the map is produced by using kriging interpolation methoded.the data obtained from documentary sources such as gis files of land use and population as well as from a survey conducted on a sample people of the study area residents. according to the coordinates of the points, a point layer is provided from the survey data and the documentary data are also adapted to the points to form an integrated point layer. the analyzes are performed using statistical parameters and the descriptive table of the map is produced by using kriging interpolation method. although there is no acute spatial inequality, the level of stability is lower in the central cores of the study area and higher in the northwest and south margins.improving sustainability on one hand requires the creation and internalization of the culture which should be achieved through education and awareness-raising, and on the other hand is due to the revision of building regulations and urban planning to be focused on environmental sustainability and green space development
