ارزیابی گسترش کالبدی شهری با رویکرد رشد هوشمند شهری (مورد مطالعه :شهر جویبار)

رشد هوشمند روشی پیشنهادی برای اصلاح پراکندگی است. توسعه پراکنده شهری به توسعه بی رویه و بی برنامه شهرها اطلاق می گردد .که موجب توسعه نامتوازن و بی قواره شهرها می شود. بنابراین راهبرد رشد هوشمند سعی در شکل دهی مجدد شهرها و هدایت آنها به سوی اجتماع مطلوب دارد. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، ارزیابی گسترش کالبدی شهر جویبار با رویکرد رشد هوشمند شهری می باشد. برای دستیابی به این هدف از 7 شاخص اجتماعی- اقتصادی، آموزشی، کالبدی، زیست محیطی، خدماتی، حمل ونقل ودسترسی استفاده شده است. روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی – تحلیلی می باشد. اطلاعات اولیه از طریق روش کتابخانه ای و داده های آماری گردآوری شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش aras  و هلدرن استفاده شده است. بررسی های صورت گرفته نشان داد که براساس مدل هلدرن، در دهه های 1375 تا 1395 حدود 83 درصد از رشد مساحت شهر با رشد جمعیت هماهنگ بوده و 17 درصد باقیمانده دارای رشدی ناموزون بوده است. همچنین محاسبات انجام گرفته در روش arasبیانگر آن است محله های3، 1، 5 بر اساس شاخص های رشد هوشمند شهری بالاترین رتبه ها را به دست آوردند و محله های توسعه یافته محسوب می شوند و محله های 6، 9، 8 پایین ترین رتبه را به دست آوردند و محله های محروم محسوب می شوند . همچنین محله های 2، 7، 10و 4 رتبه های چهارم تا هفتم را به دست آوردند و در حد متوسط توسعه قرار دارند.

evaluation of urban physical expansion with smart urban growth approach (case study: jouibarcity )

smart growth is a proposed method for dispersal correction. scattered urban development refers to the unplanned and unplanned development of cities, which leads to unbalanced and uneven development of cities. therefore, the smart growth strategy tries to reshape cities and lead them to a desirable community. the main purpose of this study is to evaluate the physical development of the city of joybar with an intelligent urban growth approach. to achieve this goal, 7 socio-economic, educational, physical, environmental, service, transportation and accessibility indicators have been used. the research method is descriptive-analytical. preliminary data were collected through library method and statistical data. aras method and holdern model were used to analyze the data. studies have shown that according to the holdern model, in the decades 1375 to 1395, about 83% of the growth of the city area was in line with population growth and the remaining 17% had uneven growth. also, the calculations performed in the aras method show that neighborhoods 3, 1, 5 obtained the highest rankings based on smart urban growth indicators and are considered developed neighborhoods, and neighborhoods 6, 9, 8 have the lowest rankings and are considered deprived neighborhoods. also, neighborhoods 2, 7, 10 and 4 ranked fourth to seventh and are in the middle of development.
