منبع بودن عقل در معارف دینی از منظر علامه طباطبایی

قرآن کریم در بیش از سیصد آیه، انسان‌ها را به تفکر و تعقل دعوت کرده است. از منظر علامه طباطبایی تفکر مورد تاکید و تایید قرآن کریم چیزی جز روش تفکر منطقی و فلسفی نیست؛ بنابراین عقل در کنار نقل یکی از منابع معرفت دینی است. از دیدگاه ایشان تعارض میان حکم قطعی عقل با حکم قطعی نقل، احتمالی بی‌مورد و اساساً محال است. در صورت تعارض دلیل عقلی‏ قطعی با ظاهر دلیل نقلی، دلیل عقلی بر دلیل ظنی نقلی مقدم خواهد بود. مرحوم علامه اشکالات منکران روش استدلال منطقی و فلسفی را به‌تفصیل پاسخ می‌دهد و از سویی دیگر روش بحث در علم کلام را به دلیل آنکه بر تعقل برهانی و تفکر استدلالی منطبق نیست، به‌شدت انکار می‌کند. رهاورد دیدگاه علامه طباطبایی اتحاد عقل و وحی و همسویی آموزه‌های وحیانی با دستاوردهای عقلی فلسفی است.

in more than three hundred verses, the holy quran has invited people to think and reason. from allameh tabatabai’s point of view, the thinking emphasized and approved by the holy quran is nothing but a logical and philosophical way of thinking; therefore, intellect is one of the sources of religious knowledge, along with narration. from his point of view, the conflict between the definitive verdict of reason and the definitive verdict of narration is an unnecessary possibility and basically impossible. in case of a conflict between a definite rational reason and an appearance of a narrative reason, the rational reason will prevail over the hypothetical reason of the narrative. the late allameh answers the deniers of the method of logical and philosophical reasoning in detail, and on the other hand, strongly denies the method of discussion in the science of theology because it is not compatible with argumentative reasoning and argumentative thinking. allameh tabatabai’s vision is the union of reason and revelation and the alignment of revelation teachings with intellectual and philosophical achievements.
