ارزیابی سیستم مشاوره تحصیلی اساتید مشاور از نقطه نظر فراگیران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران

مقدمه: مشاوره تحصیلی جهت بهینه سازی دانشگاه‌‌‌های نسل ‌چهارم و بهبود کیفیت آموزشی مورد توجه بسیاری قرار گرفته است. از طرفی با توجه تاثیرپذیری دانشجویان از استاد جهت غلبه بر مشکلات در دوران تحصیل این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی سیستم مشاوره تحصیلی دانشجویان از نظر در دسترس بودن ، توانایی، توجه و پیگیری استاد مشاور جهت رفع نیاز‌‌ها و مشکلات فراگیران در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران انجام شد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توسعه ابزار از نوع ترکیبی متوالی – اکتشافی ‌می‌باشد. در این مطالعه 91 دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی رشته‌‌‌‌های تحصیلی مختلف دانشکده پیراپزشکی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1401 وارد شدند. اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که براساس مطالعه روی نیاز‌‌‌های دانشجویان، اظهارات اساتید مشاور در نشست‌‌‌‌های مختلف و پرسشنامه‌‌‌‌های استاندارد موجود طراحی شده، جمع آوری گردید. روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از شاخص‌‌‌‌های روایی صوری و محتوا به صورت کمی‌و کیفی و پایایی از طریق interclass correlation (icc) بررسی شد. رضایتمندی با در نظر گرفتن نقطه برش بالای 70 درصد تعیین گردید.نتایج: میانگین رضایتمندی کلی از استاد مشاور11/91 ± 74/96 درصد بود. موارد رضایتمندی عبارت بودند از جمله زمان مناسب مشاوره، آشنا بودن استاد با شیوه‌‌‌‌های آموزشی، توانائی هدایت و  پیگیری و همچنین استقبال استاد در جهت پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجو, امانتداری استاد مشاور, رعایت حریم خصوصی، توجه استاد به معنویات، اثربخش بودن واحد مشاوره دانشگاه، افزایش پیشرفت تحصیلی و سابقه کاری استاد مشاور را شامل شد.نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان در دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران وجود فرایند استاد مشاور جهت رفع مشکلات تحصیلی و حتی اجتماعی را ضروری ‌می‌دانند. رضایتمندی پایین تر(کمتر از 70 درصد) در برخی موارد نشان دهنده لزوم بازنگری، ایجاد برخی تغییرات و فراهم کردن برخی امکانات در این زمینه  است.

evaluation of consultation system of tutors from students point of view at iran university of medical sciences

introduction: academic counseling to optimize fourth-generation universities and improve the quality of education has received much attention. on the other hand, taking into account the influence of students on the tutor to overcome problems during their studies, this study was conducted to evaluate the academic counseling system of students in terms of the availability, ability, attention, and follow-up of the tutor to solve the needs and problems of the students in iran university of medical sciences.materials methods:  the present study is a sequential-exploratory combined tool development study. in this study, 91 undergraduate students of different fields of study of paramedicine faculty were included in the academic year 2022-2023. information was collected through a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed based on the students’ needs, the statements of advisors in various meetings, and existing standard questionnaires. the validity of the questionnaire was checked using face and content validity indicators quantitatively and qualitatively and reliability through interclass correlation (icc). satisfaction was determined by considering the cut point above 70%.results: the average overall satisfaction was 74.96±11.91. the satisfied items were the appropriate time of the consultation, the tutor’s familiarity with educational methods, the ability to guide and follow up, the tutor’s welcome towards the student’s academic progress, the tutor’s trustworthiness, respect for privacy, the tutor’s attention to spirituality, the effectiveness of the university’s counseling unit, the increase in academic progress, and the work experience of the consultant tutor.
