مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری ایران با دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و مراقبت‌های تسکینی فلورانس نایتینگل

مقدمه: آموزش و تربیت دانشجویان دکترای پرستاری به عنوان پیشگامان آینده این رشته از دغدغه‌های اصلی سیاست‌گذاران آموزش عالی است. تطبیق و تحلیل ابعاد مختلف برنامه‌های آموزشی با سایر دانشگاه‌های موفق، امری ضروری در راستای شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف و در نتیجه رفع این دغدغه است. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه دکتری پرستاری ایران با دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و مراقبت‌های تسکینی فلورانس نایتینگل انجام‌شد.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر با رویکرد  توصیفی-تطبیقی در سال 1403 انجام ‌شد. در این مطالعه از چهار مرحله توصیف، تفسیر، هم جواری و مقایسه استفاد‌ شد.  ابتدا اطلاعات هر دو برنامه از منابع موجود همچون سایت‌ها و مقالات جمع‌آوری‌‌شد. سپس این اطلاعات مورد بررسی قرارگرفت. در گام‌های بعدی اطلاعات  بر اساس هدف پژوهش، طبقه‌بندی و مورد مقایسه قرارگرفت. نتایج: دکتری پرستاری در ایران با دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و مراقبت‌های تسکینی فلورانس نایتینگل شباهت‌های زیادی  دارد. اما تفاوت‌هایی نیز بین این دو برنامه وجود دارد که موجب ایجاد برتری‌هایی شده‌اند. از نقاط قوت برنامه ایران بهره‌مندی از ارزش‌های اسلامی در این برنامه است. از نقاط ضعف برنامه ایران می‌توان چشم‌انداز غیرآرمانی، پذیرش دانشجو به صورت متمرکز، انعطاف‌ناپذیری واحدهای درسی، توجه صرف به تحقیق کیفی، عدم انعطاف در تمام وقت بودن، بازه‌ی زمانی طولانی‌تر تحصیل اشاره‌کرد.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اشکالات موجود در برنامه درسی ایران نسبت به دانشکده پرستاری، مامایی و مراقبت‌های تسکینی فلورانس نایتینگل پیشنهاد می‌شود بر اساس تجارب این دانشکده و نیازهای جامعه ایرانی، در راستای تقویت نقاط قوت و بهبود نقاط ضعف اقداماتی برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا گردد.

nursing doctor of philosophy’s education program in iran and florence nightingale faculty of nursing, midwifery & palliative care in england: a comparative study

introduction: education and training of nursing doctor of philosophy (phd) students as the future pioneers of the field is one of the main concerns of higher education policymakers. comparing and analyzing different dimensions of educational programs with other successful universities is essential to identify strengths and weaknesses and thus resolve this concern. therefore, the present study was conducted to compare nursing doctor of philosophy’s education program in iran and florence nightingale faculty of nursing, midwifery palliative care.materials methods:  the current study was conducted with a comparative approach in 2024. in this study, four stages of description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison were used. data were collected from persian and english databases and articles. then the data were classified and compared based on the purpose of the research.results: nursing phd in iran has many similarities with florence nightingale school of nursing, midwifery, and palliative care. but there are also differences between these two programs that have created advantages. one of the strengths of iran’s program is the use of islamic values in this program. among the weaknesses of iran’s program, we can point out the non-ideal perspective, limited general goals, centralized admission of students, inflexibility of course units, only attention to qualitative research, lack of flexibility in being full-time, and the longer period of study. conclusion: considering the problems in iran’s curriculum in relation to florence nightingale school of nursing, midwifery, and palliative care, it is suggested to plan and implement measures based on the experiences of this school and the needs of the iranian society in order to strengthen the strengths and improve the weaknesses.
