تبیین تجارب دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی یزد در زمینه برنامه درسی پنهان: مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: برنامه درسی پنهان، قوی ترین راه برای انتقال ارزش‌های حرفه ی پزشکی است. شناسایی و توجه کافی به آن، باعث درک بهتر و جامع تری در ارتقاء آموزش های مهارت بالینی می گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تبیین تجارب دانشجویان دندانپزشکی از برنامه درسی پنهان انجام شد.روش کار: در این مطالعه کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا جهت کشف جنبه‌های پنهان یادگیری دانشجویان از اساتیدشان استفاده شد. داده‌ها بوسیله مصاحبه‌های عمیق ونیمه ساختارمند از 20 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر دانشکده دندانپزشکی شهید صدوقی یزد بصورت حضوری و تلفنی جمع آوری شد. مصاحبه‌ها پس از ضبط به صورت متن برگردانده شد. جملات و بیانات مرتبط با هدف مطالعه از متن مصاحبه‌ها استخراج، کدگذاری و طبقه بندی شد. داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوی آنالیز گردید.نتایج:  برنامه درسی پنهان از دیدگاه دانشجویان در چهار مضمون اصلی: برخورد اساتید، برخورد با خطاها و مشکلات، قوانین و مقررات آموزشی، تبعیضات بین فردی و دوازده مضمون فرعی شناسایی شدند. مضامین پدیدآمده بر اهمیت آموزش‌های عملی و نیز الگوپذیری دانشجویان از اساتیدشان خصوصاً در عرصه بالینی دلالت داشتند.نتیجه گیری: نتایج این تحقیق تاثیر برنامه درسی پنهان را در آموزش و یادگیری دانشجویان نمایان ‌می‌کند و نتایج این مطالعه می تواند در جهت بهسازیِ توانمندی‌های مرتبط با نقش آموزشی اساتید دندانپزشکی مفید واقع شود.

exploration of dental students’ experience on hidden curriculum in yazd: a qualitative study

introduction: the hidden curriculum is the strongest way to convey the values of the medical profession. adequate identification and attention to it can make a better and more comprehensive understanding and improvement of clinical skills training. the aim of this study was to explore the experiences of dental students using the hidden curriculum.materials methods:  in this qualitative study, the content analysis approach was used to discover the hidden aspects of students’ learning from their professors. data were collected through in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 20 postgraduate students of shahid sadoughi dental school in yazd in person and by telephone. the interviews were transcribed after recording. sentences and statements related to the purpose of the study were extracted, coded and classified from the text of the interviews. the content analysis method was utilized.results: the hidden curriculum from the students’ perspective was identified in four main themes: professors’ interactions, dealing with errors and problems, educational rules and regulations, and interpersonal discrimination, and twelve subthemes. these themes indicated the importance of practical training as well as the role modeling of students by their professors, especially in the clinical field.conclusion: the results of this study show the effect of the hidden curriculum in teaching and learning students, and the results of this study can be useful in improving the capabilities related to the educational role of dental professors.
