معرفی یک تکنیک آموزشی ابداعی مبتنی بر مورد با عنوان تکنیک سه رده ای (triple taxon test / technique; ttt)

مقدمه: پزشکان و دانشجویان رشته پزشکی برای مدیریت یک بیمار ، لازم است ، داده‌ها و اطلاعات بیمار را از طرق مختلف گردآوری کنند، آن ها را ارزیابی، تفسیر، تحلیل و استدلال بالینی نموده، بعد از تشخیص برای حل مشکل او اقدام نمایند. برای این منظور،لازم است، آنان مراتب شناخت را در سه رده یادآوری(remembering)، تفسیر (interpretation) و حل مسئله (problem solving) طی نمایند.روش کار: ما در این مقاله، برآنیم که یک تکنیک مورد محور (case based technique) تمرینی یا امتحانی نوآور را به مخاطبین خود معرفی نماییم. ما این شیوه  راttt  یا (triple taxonomy tests / technique) یا mtq (mixed taxonomy questions) نامگذاری کرده ایم.نتایج: در این شیوه، یک case  با تعدادی سوال و تعدادی گزینه و جاهای خالی، مبتنی بر سه طبقه یادآوری ، تفسیر   و حل مسئله طراحی می شود. این شکل از آزمون یا تکنیک case based در تمرینات خودآموزی (self – learning) ، خود ارزیابی (self – assessment) و یا آزمون‌های رسمی (official assessments) کاربرد دارد.نتیجه گیری: این آزمون به ما کمک می کند تا با تمرین موارد واقعی،  توانایی استفاده از   فکر ،  تصمیم گیری بالینی  و حل مشکلات بیماران را  در کیس‌های واقعی بیماران ارتقا دهیم.

introduction: in order to manage a patient, doctors and medical students need to collect the patient’s data and information in different ways, evaluate, interpret, analyze and reason clinically, and after diagnosis, take action to solve the patient’s problem. for this purpose, it is necessary for them to go through the levels of knowledge in three categories: remembering, interpretation and problem solving.materials methods:  in this area, we intend to introduce a case-based replacement technique to our audiences. we have named this method ttt or (triple taxonomy tests / technique) or mtq (mixed taxonomy questions).results: in this way, a case is designed with a number of questions and a number of options and blank spaces, based on three levels of recall, interpretation and problem solving. this form of test or case-based technique is used in self-learning exercises, self-assessment or official assessments conclusion: this test helps us to improve the ability to use thinking, clinical decision-making and solving problems in real patient cases.
