مراقبت از سلامت دهان‌ : از تمرکز ویژه تا کمرنگ یا مفقود تجارب اساتید و اعضای هیات علمی رشته پرستاری از آموزش سلامت دهان به دانشجویان مبتنی بر برنامه درسی مقطع کارشناسی پرستاری: یک مطالعه کیفی

مقدمه: یکی از راه‌های پیوند دادن سلامت دهان به سلامت عمومی بدن، گسترش نیروی کار سلامت دهان با آموزش پزشکان، پرستاران و سایر متخصصان غیر مرتبط با دندان‌پزشکی، جهت شناخت ریسک‌های بیماری‌های دهان می‌باشد هدف این مطالعه کیفی بررسی محتوای سلامت دهان در برنامه درسی پرستاری از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی پرستاری بود. روش کار: مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری با 14 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده پرستاری در شهرهای مختلف ایران انجام شد. داده ها با تحلیل کیفی استقرایی با استفاده از روش الو و کینگاس و نرم افزار maxqda (2020) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.. نتایج: تحلیل داده ها منجر به ظهور و استخراج662 کد، 19 زیرطبقه و 6طبقه‌ی عمومی شد. طبقات عمومی شامل«توجه به اهمیت ارائه مراقبت‌های دهان‌ و دندان در دروس نظری-عملی و کارآموزی پرستاری»، «توجه به انواع روش‌های ارزیابی مهارت‌های ارائه مراقبت‌های دهان‌ و دندان»، «سلامت دهان به‌عنوان یکی از نشانگرهای سلامت و بهبودی بیمار»، «تاثیر تشخیص و پیگیری سریع مشکلات دهان‌ و دندان بر سیر بالینی»، «سلامت دهان‌ و دندان بیماران: در حاشیه مراقبت»، «نقص در ساختار و فرهنگ سازمانی ساماندهی مراقبت‌های دهان ‌و دندان» می باشند. طبقه اصلی حاصل از انتزاع کلی داده ها و طبقات عمومی،  «مراقبت از دهان‌ و دندان: از تمرکز ویژه تا کم‌رنگ یا مفقود» بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داد در آموزش دانشجویان پرستاری، سلامت دهان‌ و دندان مددجویان در بعضی از قسمت‌های مورد تمرکز ویژه قرار گرفته و در اغلب قسمت‌ها کم‌رنگ و یا مفقود است. مشارکت کنندگان، سلامت دهان ‌ودندان بیماران را در حاشیه‌ی مراقبت‌ها دانسته و نقایص ساختاری و فرهنگی موجود در ساختار آموزشی و بیمارستان‌ها را عاملی جهت عدم ارائه‌ی مراقبت‌های دهان ‌و دندان کارا و اصولی دانستند. بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر توجه بیشتر به مراقبت از سلامت دهان و دندان در ارایه آموزش های نظری، عملی و بالینی به دانشجویان پرستاری ضرورت دارد.

oral health care: from special focus to weak or missing experiences of nursing faculty members in teaching oral health to students based on undergraduate nursing curriculum: a qualitative study

introduction: one of the ways to link oral health to the general health of the body is to expand the oral health workforce by training doctors, nurses and other specialists not related to dentistry in order to understand the risks of oral diseases. the purpose of this qualitative study is to examine the oral health content in the nursing curriculum from the perspective he was a member of the nursing faculty. materials & methods: a semi-structured interview was conducted with 14 faculty members of nursing faculty in different cities of iran. the data was analyzed by inductive qualitative analysis using elo and kingas method and maxqda (2020) software. results: after the transcribing and reviewing the texts, 662 codes were extracted. after eliminating the repetitive themes, 6 themes and 19 categories were obtained. themes include attention to the importance of providing oral and dental care in theoretical-practical courses and nursing internships, attention to the types of methods for evaluating the skills of providing oral and dental care, oral health as one of the indicators of patient's health and recovery, influence of rapid diagnosis and follow-up of oral and dental problems on the clinical process of the disease, patient's oral and dental health: on the edge of care, defects in the existing organizational and cultural structure in the organization of oral and dental nursing care. the central theme obtained from the data analysis is oral care in nursing curriculum: from special to weak or missing focus. conclusion: the faculty members considered oral health to be one of the indicators of patient's general health and recovery. the oral health of the clients is given special focus in some parts of the training, and in other parts it is weak or missing. the participants considered the oral health of the patients to be on the sidelines of care and considered the structural and cultural defects in the educational structure and hospitals, including the lack of interfaculty cooperation between the nursing and dental schools, as a factor in not providing efficient and basic oral care.
