ویژگی‌های استاد خوب از دید دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1400

مقدمه: امروزه مهم‌ترین عاملی که در تعلیم و تربیت دانشجویان نقش ایفا می‌کند، اساتید می باشند. به این منظور در این مطالعه به بررسی ‌ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز پرداخته شد. روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 152 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده مدیریت و انفورماتیک پزشکی انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه دو قسمتی جمع آوری شد که روایی و پایایی آن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. دیدگاه دانش آموزان در مورد معلم خوب در مقیاس پنج درجه ای لیکرت مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش های آماری توصیفی، مجذور کای و کروسکال والیس توسط نرم افزار spss نسخه 24 انجام شد. نتایج: به طور کلی، 67/8 درصد دانشجویان خانم و 52/6 درصد دانشجویان رشته کارشناسی بودند. مهمترین خصوصیات یک استاد خوب دانشگاهی از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب برقراری رابطه صمیمانه با دانشجو، تسلط استاد بر درس مورد تدریس، صدا لهجه استاد و دانش عمومی درباره درس مورد تدریس بود. از طرفی دیگر، رعایت آیین نامه‌‌‌های آموزشی جهت حذف دانشجویانی که بیش از حد مجاز غیبت دارند، قاطعیت و سختگیری، انجام حضور و غیاب در کلاس و نگرش استاد به رشته تحصیلی خود و دانشجویان از ویژگی ‌هایی بودند که دانشجویان کمترین اهمیت را برای آن قائل بودند. طبق آزمون ‌های آماری ارتباط بین متغیر‌‌های مقطع تحصیلی، جنس، رشته، وضعیت تحصیلی، سن با ویژگی ‌‌های مهارت‌‌‌های تدریس، مهارت‌‌‌های ارزشیابی و ارتباطات بین فردی معنی دار بود(0/05>p-value). همچنین بین متغیر سال تحصیلی و ویژگی‌‌‌های مهارت‌‌‌های تدریس، ارتباطات بین فردی و ویژگی‌‌‌های فردی ارتباط مثبتی وجود داشت(0/05>p-value). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته‌‌ها، لازم است دانشگاه در جذب اساتید به تسلط علمی، شیوایی بیان و علاقه به تدریس اهمیت ویژه ای قایل شود و برای آن‌ها کارگاه‌‌های توانمندسازی برنامه ریزی و برگزار کند. این امر منجر به احساس رضایتمندی بیشتر در دانشجویان شده و کیفیت یاددهی- یادگیری را بهبود می بخشد.

the characteristics of a good professor from the perspective of students of the faculty of medical information and management of tabriz university at medical sciences in 2021

introduction: today, the most important factor that plays a role in the education of students are the professors. for this purpose, this study investigated the characteristics of a good professor from the students’ point of view of tabriz university of medical sciences faculty of management. materials & methods: this cross-sectional study was conducted on 152 students of the faculty of management and medical informatics. data were collected using a two-part questionnaire which validity and reliability were investigated. students’ views about the good teacher were studied in five-point likert scale. the data analysis was done using descriptive statistical methods, chi-square and kruskal wallis by the software spss version 24. results: overall, 67.8% of the students were female and 52.6% were students from the bachelor’s degree. the most important characteristics of a good university teacher from the students’ point of view were establishing a cordial relationship with the student, mastering the subject, tone of voice and accent, and general knowledge about the subject. on the other hand, compliance with the educational regulations to remove students who are absent more than allowed، decisiveness and strictness, attendance and absence in the class and the teacher’s attitude towards his field of study and the students were among the features that were the least important. according to statistical tests, the relationship between the variables of education level, gender, field of study, educational status, age with the characteristics of teaching skills, evaluation skills and interpersonal communication was significant (p-value <0.05). also, there was a positive relationship between the variable of academic year and the characteristics of teaching skills, interpersonal communication and individual characteristics (p-value <0.05). conclusion: according to the findings, it is necessary for the university to give special importance in employing teachers for their academic mastery, eloquence and interest in teaching and to plan and organize empowerment workshops for them. this leads to more satisfaction in students and improves the quality of teaching-learning.
