ارزیابی اثربخشی کارگاه آموزشی اساتید مشاور به روش ایستگاهی بر تغییر دانش و نگرش اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون وظایف استاد مشاور

مقدمه: علیرغم نیازجدی دانشجویان به مشاوره در طول تحصیل، به علت عدم آگاهی و مهارت کافی و مناسب در انجام وظایف مشاوره، ارتباط مناسبی بین دانشجویان و اساتید مشاور برقرار نمی شود. در این مطالعه اثربخشی کارگاه توانمندسازی اساتید مشاور به روش ایستگاهی در افزایش دانش اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون مشکلات دانشجویان و تاثیر آن بر تغییر نگرش اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون وظایف اساتید مشاور مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش کار: این مطالعه مداخله ای تک بازویی قبل و بعد با مشارکت 62 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده پزشکی بجنورد انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر سه بخش؛ بخش اول مربوط به اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، بخش دوم مربوط به سنجش میزان آگاهی اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون مشکلات دانشجویان و بخش سوم ارزیابی نگرش اعضای هیات علمی در مورد وظایف اساتید مشاور جمع آوری شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم گراف پدپریزم استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد برگزاری این کارگاه سبب افزایش معنادار دانش اعضای هیات علمی در زمینه‌های مختلف آموزشی، پژوهشی، حمایت روانی و امکات رفاهی بجز فعالیت‌های مکمل و فوق برنامه می گردد. همچنین ارتقای نگرش اعضای هیات علمی در زمینه‌های مختلف بجز هدایت تحصیلی و پیشگیری از مشکلات روحی و روانی دانشجویان پس از برگزاری کارگاه مشاهده شد. نتیجه گیری: کارگاه آموزشی استاد مشاور به روش ایستگاهی ضمن تغییر نگرش اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون وظایف استاد مشاور، می تواند بصورت موثری سبب ارتقای دانش اعضای هیات علمی پیرامون مشکلات دانشجویان گردد.

evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational workshop in a station method on changing the viewpoint and knowledge of faculty membersabout the duties of academic advisors

introduction: despite the serious need of students for counseling during their studies, a good relationship is not established between students and academic advisors due to lack of knowledge and sufficient skills in performing counseling tasks. in the present study, we investigated the effectiveness of station workshop on the knowledge of faculty members about students ’challenges and its effect on changing faculty member’s viewpoints about the duties of academic advisors. materials methods: this single-arm interventional study before and after that conducted with the participation of sixty-two faculty members of bojnurd medical school. data collected using a questionnaire that consisted of three parts, the first part was related to demographic information, the second part was related to assessing the knowledge of faculty members with student’s challenges, and the third part was evaluating faculty members’ viewpoints about the duties of academic advisors. descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data using graph pad prism software. results: the results showed that this workshop causes a significant increase in the knowledge of faculty members in various fields of education, research, psychological support and welfare facilities, except for complementary and extracurricular activities. also, we observed improving the viewpoint of faculty members in various fields except academic guidance and prevention of students’ mental and psychological problems after the workshop. conclusion: in addition to changing the viewpoint of faculty members about the duties of the academic advisor, the workshop in a station method can be an effective way to improve their knowledge about students’ challenges.
