تبیین چالش های آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در پاندمی کووید 19

مقدمه: به دنبال شیوع کروناویروس و بروز بحران‌های مختلفی در نقاط مختلف جهان، ابعاد مختلف زندگی تمام انسان‌ها تحت تاثیرا ت منفی این بحران قرار گرفت. در این میان نظام آموزش پزشکی با مشکلات متعددی روبرو شد. این مطالعه کیفی با هدف تبیین چالش های آموزش بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در اپیدمی‌ کووید- 19انجام شد. روش کار: تحقیق حاضر از نوع مطالعه کیفی به شیوه تحلیل محتوی که در سال 1400 انجام شد. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل 17نفر از کار آموزان، کارورزان و دستیاران پزشکی و اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بودند. روش نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. روش گرداوری داده از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام گرفت و مصاحبه ها تا حد اشباع ادامه یافت. داده‌ها با تحلیل و تفسیر گردیدند. متن مصاحبه ها به روش تحلیل محتوای قراردادی و با کمک نرم افزار maxqda تحلیل شد. نتایج: تجزیه و تحلیل حاصل از مصاحبه‌های شرکت کنندگان در این مطالعه منتج به استخراج طبقات اصلی فعالیت های آموزش – زیر ساخت‌های آموزش مجاز ی و جنبه های روان شناختی گردید. این طبقات به ترتیب دارای طبقات فرعی کمیت و کیفیت آموزش – ارزشیابی، حوزه سازمانی - تجهیزات و فناوری های آموزشی و شبکه و اینترنت، استرس و فشار روانی – نگرانی از آینده حرفه ای و شغلی بودند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های پژوهش، شناسایی چالش های و موانع آموزش پزشکی در بحران هایی مانند پاندمی‌کرونا الزامی‌است. لذا جهت مرتفع ساختن این چالش ها در بحران های بعدی نیاز به برنامه ریزی و بسترسازی سیستمی‌در حوزه آموزش می‌باشد.

introduction: following the spread of the coronavirus and the emergence of various crises in different parts of the world, various aspects of the lives of all people were affected by this crisis. in the meantime, the medical education system has faced many problems. this qualitative study was conducted with the aim of explaining the clinical training experience of medical students during the covid-19 epidemic. materials methods: the current research is a qualitative study in the content analysis method that was conducted in 1400. the studied population included 17 students, interns and medical assistants and professors of qom university of medical sciences. the sampling method was purposeful. the method of data collection was done through semi-structured interviews and the interviews continued until saturation. the data were analyzed and interpreted. the text of the interviews was analyzed using the conventional content analysis method and with the help of maxqda software. results: the analysis of the interviews of the participants in this study led to the extraction of the main classes of education activities - authorized education infrastructures and psychological aspects. these classes had the subclasses of quantity and quality of education- evaluation, organizational field - educational equipment and technologies and network and internet, stress and psychological pressure - worry about the professional and career future. conclusion: according to the findings of the research, it is necessary to identify the challenges and obstacles of medical education in crises such as the corona pandemic. therefore, in order to overcome these challenges in the next crises, there is a need for planning and establishing a system in the field of education.
