تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و اشتیاق به تحصیل دانشجویان نسبت به برنامه آموزش مجازی اجرا شده در دوران پاندمی کرونا

مقدمه: از اولین و ابتدایی‌ترین اقدامات برای جلوگیری از انتشار بیماری در پاندمی کرونا، در تمام کشورهای دنیا از جمله ایران، تعطیلی دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزشی و اجرای برنامه آموزش مجازی بود. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه وضعیت تاب‌آوری تحصیلی و ارتباط آن با اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ( پرستاری و مامایی ) و غیر پزشکی در طول اجرای برنامه آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی رشت انجام گرفت. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود که در آن 425 نفر از دانشجویان از دانشکده‌های مختلف دانشگاه به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌های تاب‌آوری تحصیلی ساموئلز و اشتیاق به تحصیل فردریکز را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 23 و با آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف معیار) و آمار تحلیلی (آزمون‌های آماری تی مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه و همبستگی پیرسون) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج: یافته های مطالعه حاکی از آن بود که کمترین تاب آوری تحصیلی در زمان اجرای برنامه آموزش مجازی در گروه علوم پزشکی وجود داشت و همزمان اشتیاق تحصیلی آنها نیز نسبت به گروه پایین‌تر گزارش شد. میانگین نمره کسب شده در هر دو متغیر وابسته مورد بررسی در دانشجویان مذکر نسبت به دانشجویان مونث بالاتر بود(0.01>p). همچنین بین میانگین نمره تاب آوری تحصیلی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی با غیر پزشکی تفاوت آماری معنی‌دار وجود داشت (0.001=p). نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها نشانگر وضعیت نامناسب تاب‌آوری و اشتیاق تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم پزشکی بود. با توجه به اهمیت آنها در رشته‌های علوم پزشکی که با حفظ جان افراد سرکار دارند، نیاز به توجه بیشتر برای ایجاد شرایط ارتباطی مناسب در محیط دانشگاه و اساتید با دانشجویان برای ارتقای وضعیت ایجاد شده ناشی از همه‌گیری کرونا احساس می شود.

academic resilience and enthusiasm of students about the virtual education program implemented during covid-19 pandemic

introduction: lockdown in educational institutions and universities and implementing virtual education programs were the first and most basic measures to prevent the spread of the corona pandemic in all countries, including iran. this study was conducted to compare the state of academic resilience and its relationship with the academic enthusiasm of medical (nursing and midwifery) and non medical students during the implementation of the virtual education program at the islamic azad university of rasht. materials & methods: this cross sectional descriptive study was conducted 425 students from different faculties of the university were randomly selected and completed fredericks questionnaires of academic resilience and enthusiasm for education. the data were analyzed using spss software version 23, descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation), and analytical statistics (independent t test, one way variance, and pearson’s correlation). results: there was the least academic resilience during the implementation of the virtual education program in the department of medical sciences. in addition, the academic enthusiasm was reported to be lower than in other faculties. the average score in both dependent variables was higher in male students than in female students (p<0.001). moroever, there was a statistically significant difference between the average score of academic resilience in medical and non medical students (p=0.001). conclusion: the findings showed the poor condition of resilience and academic enthusiasm of medical students. medical sciences that work with saving people’s lives, especially in medical sciences is essential to save people’s lives. therefore, there is a need for more attention for creating suitable communication conditions in the university environment and professors with students to improve the situation caused by covid-19 epidemic.
