پیش بینی افکار خودکشی بر اساس باور های غیرمنطقی و نشخوار فکری دانشجویان (روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی) پیام نور

مقدمه:  فرایندهای شناختی درگیر که به افزایش آسیب پذیری در رفتارهای خودکشی گرا منجر می شود، به خوبی بررسی نشده است. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر با هدف، پیش بینی افکار خودکشی بر اساس  باور های غیرمنطقی و نشخوار فکری دانشجویان پیام نور واحد زاهدان انجام گرفت. روش کار : در این مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 150 نفر از دانشجویان روانشناسی و علوم تربیتی به روش تصادفی ساده در سال 98 شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه های روا و پایای افکار خودکشی، باورهای غیرمنطقی و نشخوار فکری بود. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون و نرم افزار spss 23 تحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج ضریب همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین افکار خودکشی با باورهای غیرمنطقی (05/0 r=) در سطح 99 درصد اطمینان وجود دارد.  همچنین رابطه معناداری بین افکار خودکشی با نشخوار فکری وجود دارد (05/0 ≤ p ). همچنین درماندگی در برابر تغییر  و بی‌مسئولیتی هیجانی توانسته اند  افکار خودکشی دانشجویان را تبیین کند. نتیجه گیری: باورهای غیرمنطقی  و نشخوار فکری  در زمره متغیرهای مرتبط با افکار خودکشی دانشجویان  بوده و توانایی پیش بینی آن را دارند.

predicting suicidal ideation based on irrational beliefs and rumination of students (psychology and educational sciences) payame noor

introduction: the cognitive processes involved that lead to increased vulnerability in suicidal behaviors have not been well studied. therefore, the aim of the present study was to predict suicidal ideation based on irrational beliefs and intellectual rumination of payame noor students of zahedan branch. method: in this cross sectional descriptive study, 150 students of psychology and educational sciences participated in a simple random method in 2020. data collection tools were valid and reliable questionnaires of suicidal ideation, irrational beliefs and rumination. data were analyzed using pearson correlation and regression tests and spss 23 software. results: the results of pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between suicidal thoughts and irrational beliefs (r = 0.05) at 99% confidence level. there is also a significant relationship between suicidal thoughts and rumination (p 05 0.05). helplessness in the face of emotional change and irresponsibility has also been able to explain students’ suicidal thoughts. conclusion: irrational beliefs and intellectual rumination are among the variables related to students’ suicidal thoughts and have the ability to predict it.
