ضرورت اصلاح کوریکولوم آموزشی رشته‌های علوم پزشکی با توجه به ﺷﻴﻮع کرونا ویروس (covid -19)

مقدمه: پاندمی کرونا ویروس (covid19) اولین ‌بار در ووهان چین گزارش شد و به‌سرعت در سراسر جهان گسترش یافت. کرونا ویروس موجب تغییرات متعدد اجباری در زندگی روزمره و ایجاد مشکلاتی در سبک زندگی عادی از جمله محیطهای آموزشی – درمانی شده است. در این میان نقش دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در تربیت نیروهای خبره و کارآمد برای خدمت‌رسانی به مردم جامعه با توجه به اثرات طولانی مدت این همه‌گیری پررنگ‌تر شد. در این مطالعه قصد داریم، احساس نیاز برای لزوم اصلاح کوریکولوم‌های آموزشی رشته های علوم پزشکی  را بررسی نماییم.روش کار: داده ها با استفاده از جستجوی منابع کتابخانه‌ای، اینترنتی و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی,medline  ,scopus، who، web of science, pubmed، scholar google در زمینه آموزش علوم پزشکی با استفاده از کلید واژه‌های همه‌گیری کووید-19، sars-cov-2، آموزش علوم پزشکی و برنامه‌های آموزشی (کوریکولوم) جمع آوری شد. همچنین کوریکولوم‌های آموزشی و سر فصل دروس در تمامی رشته‌های علوم پزشکی بررسی شدند.نتایج: پس از استخراج مولفه های اصلی مرتبط با موضوع از میان مقالات انتخابی، سرفصل‌های ضروری جهت افزودن به کوریکولوم‌های آموزشی رشته های علوم پزشکی و جدول مربوط به لیست واحدهای درسی پیشنهادی جهت تغییر رئوس مطالب در ارتباط با کوید 19  ارائه شدند.نتیجه‌گیری: جامعه آموزشی دانشگاهی می‌بایست با اجرای راهکارهای عملی و علمی، یک رویکرد آینده‌نگرانه و خلاقانه را پیش بگیرد و در جهت بازنگری برنامه‌های آموزشی تلاش کند. پیشنهاد می شود به سرفصل‌های آموزشی رشته‌های علوم پزشکی  مطالب مربوط به کوید 19 اضافه شود.

the necessity of correction of the educational curriculum of medical sciences based on covid-19

introduction: the coronavirus pandemic (covid19) was first reported in wuhan, china and quickly spread around the world. corona virus has caused many forced changes in daily life and created problems in normal lifestyle, including educational-therapeutic environments. in the meantime, the role of medical sciences universities in training expert and efficient forces to serve the people of the society became more prominent due to the long-term effects of this epidemic. in this study, we intend to examine the feeling of need for the necessity of correction of the educational curriculum of medical sciences.materials methods: the data were collected using the library, internet resources and databases, medline, google scholar, scopus, web of science, pubmed, and who in the field of medical science education based on keywords, including curriculum, medical education, covid-19, sars-cov-2. in addition, educational curriculum and course chapters were reviewed in all fields of medical sciences.results: after extracting the main components related to the subject from among the selected articles, the necessary headings to add to the educational curriculum of medical sciences and the table related to the list of proposed course units to change the outlines in connection with covid-19 were presented.conclusion: the university educational community should take a forward-looking and creative approach by implementing practical and scientific solutions and try to revise educational programs. it is suggested to add materials related to covid-19 to the educational topics of medical sciences.
