چکیده
|
ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺑﺰارﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده در ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ دوره ای )ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ( ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮان، ﻻگ ﺑﻮک اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﯾﮑﯽ از اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎی ﻧﻬﺎد اﻧﺠﻤﻦ ﭘﺰﺷﮑﯽ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ در اﻧﮕﻠﯿﺲ در ﺳﺎل 1992 ﻟﺰوم آﮔﺎه ﺳﺎزی ﻓﺮاﮔﯿﺮان از اﻫﺪاف ﯾﺎدﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺟﻬﺖ ﮔﯿﺮی داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﻫﺎ ﺑﺴﻤﺖ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت ﯾﮏ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ در دوره دﮐﺘﺮای ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ و ﮐﻤﮏ ﺑﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎء ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ آﻣﻮزش از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﻧﻤﻮدن و ﺷﻔﺎف ﺳﺎزی ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ.روش ﮐﺎر: ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ای ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ در ﻃﯽ ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎی97 ﺗﺎ 98 اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻣﺘﻮن و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آﺧﺮﯾﻦ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه در ﮐﻮرﯾﮑﻮﻟﻮم اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ از ﻧﻈﺮات ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﮐﺘﺎﺑﭽﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﻪ ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺼﺎت ﻓﺮدی، ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎی آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ و ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺼﻮرت ﭘﺎﯾﻠﻮت در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دﮐﺘﺮای ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش اﺳﺘﻘﺮاﯾﯽ اﻟﻮ و ﮐﯿﻨﮕﺎس اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ: ﭘﺲ از ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ و ﺑﺎزﺧﻮرد ﻓﺮم ﻫﺎی ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﭘﺮ ﺷﺪه در اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻧﯿﻤﺴﺎل اول ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن از ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ دوره آﮔﺎه ﻧﺒﻮده اﻧﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﭘﺲ از ﭘﺮ ﻧﻤﻮدن ﻓﺮم ﻫﺎ در اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻧﯿﻤﺴﺎل اول داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﻇﻬﺎر داﺷﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ دوﭼﻨﺪان داﺷﺘﻪ و در ﺻﻮرﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﻘﯿﻪ ﻣﻮارد ﻫﻤﭽﻨﺎن ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﮐﺴﺐ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﮐﻤﺒﻮدﻫﺎی ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ در اﻧﺘﻬﺎی ﻧﯿﻤﺴﺎل دوم ﺑﺼﻮرت ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﻪ ای رﻓﻊ ﺷﺪه ﺑﻮد.ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه ﻣﻮرد رﺿﺎﯾﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و رواﻧﺴﻨﺠﯽ آن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺨﻮﺑﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و اﺟﺮای ﻻگ ﺑﻮک ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﮔﺴﺘﺮده ﺗﺮ و ﻟﺬا ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ زﯾﺎدی ﺑﺮ ﻧﮕﺮش داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮرد را ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻌﻨﻮان دﺳﺘﺎوردی ﺑﺰرگ ﺑﺮای اﯾﻦ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻗﻠﻤﺪاد ﻧﻤﻮد.

Abstract
|
introduction: one of the tools used in periodic (continuous) assessment of learners is the logbook. one of the standards of the gmc in the united kingdom in 1992 was the need to inform learners of learning objectives, which has led colleges to use logbooks. the purpose of this study was to design and implement a continuous evaluation program in the specialized doctorate of environmental health and to help improvement the quality of education.materials methods: the present study is a developmental study that was conducted during the years 2017 to 2019. the design of the logbook was done using a text review based on the latest changes made to the curriculum. expert opinions were also used. the booklet consisted of three sections: demographic information, educational and research activities. the logbook developed as a pilot was provided to phd students in environmental health. evaluation was performed using elo kyngas method.results: after evaluating and giving feedback on the filled logbook forms at the end of the first semester, it was found that the students were not aware of the course curriculum. also, after filling out the forms at the end of the first semester, the students stated that in some area they had doubled their activity and while in other cases they still needed to gain more ability, the shortcomings at the end of the second semester were considerable.conclusion: the results of this study showed that the designed logbook has been satisfied by students and its psychometrics has been done well. the design and implementation of the logbook made the field of students ’activities wider and therefore had a great impact on students’ attitudes in this field, which can also beconsidered as a great achievement for this field.
