انواع روش‌های ارزیابی الکترونیکی: یک مرور هدفمند

مقدمه: با توجه به توسعه ارزیابی الکترونیکی لازم است برنامه‌ریزی برای اجرای آن درسیستم آموزشی بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گیرد. در مطالعه حاضر مروری بر انواع روش‌های ارزیابی الکترونیکی شامل آزمون‌های ساختارمند، غیر‌ساختارمند و استدلالی ارائه شده است.روش کار: مطالعه حاضر مروری از نوع بررسی هدفمند  با هدف معرفی و توصیف ابعاد و ویژگی‌های پدیده مورد بررسی در سیستم‌های آموزشی انجام شده است. این نوع مطالعات مروری، با هدف بررسی و تبیین ویژگی‌های یک مفهوم و توضیح آن انجام می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر از طریق جستجوی کلید واژه‌های  virtual education distance education, electronic test, , assessment, e-learning, e-assessment و formative assessment معادل فارسی آن آموزش از راه دور، آموزش مجازی، آزمون الکترونیکی، ارزیابی الکترونیکی، یادگیری الکترونیکی، ارزیابی تکوینی درپایگاه‌های داده magiran, isc , sid ,scopus, science direct, pubmed انجام شده است. جستجو به زبان فارسی و انگلیسی درسال‌های 2000- سپتامبر 2021 انجام شده است. در بررسی انجام شده در مرحله اول 105 مطالعه استخراج شد. معیار ورود مطالعاتی بودند که در رابطه با عناصر، مولفه‌ها و روش‌های ارزیابی در آموزش مجازی انجام شده است که به زبان انگلیسی یا فارسی منتشر شده بودند. عناوین مستخرج بررسی و 52 مستند شامل مقاله، گزارش و راهنما جهت بررسی چکیده در مرحله بعد وارد شد. در نهایت براساس معیار ورود 28 مقاله جهت بررسی کامل متن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و در مطالعه حاضر استفاده شد.نتایج: انواع آزمون‌های ساختارمند و غیرساختارمند در فرایند ارزیابی فراگیر درسیستم‌های آموزش علوم پزشکی کاربرد دارد. مهمترین آزمون‌های ساختارمند شامل آزمون‌های چند گزینه‌ای، سوالات جای‌گذاری، انتخاب نقاط مهم تصویر، سوالات صحیح/غلط و شبیه‌سازی فرایندها هستند که به‌صورت الکترونیکی طراحی و اجرا می‌شوند. سوالات تشریحی، سوالات کوتاه پاسخ و سوالات پرکردنی، سوالات مبتنی بر سناریو، آزمون های شفاهی و سوالات مبتنی بر بازاندیشی و بارگذاری فایل در طبقه روش های ارزیابی غیرساختارمند دسته بندی می شوند. همچنین به منظور ارزیابی سطوح بالای شناختی فراگیران و استفاده از رویکرد &ارزیابی برای یادگیری می توان ازآزمون های مبتنی بر پروژه استفاده کرد. اجرای آزمون های استدلالی به صورت الکترونیکی می تواند برای سنجش مهارت های تصمیم گیری واستدلالی استفاده شود.نتیجه گیری: آزمون های الکترونیکی بستر مناسبی را برای سنجش سطوح مختلف شناختی فراهم می کند که اهمیت زیادی در آموزش علوم پزشکی دارد. نکته خیلی مهم انتخاب متناسب آزمون با اهداف آموزشی است که می تواند در بهبود اثر بخشی ارزیابی موثر باشد. لذا استفاده از روش های متنوع و متناسب با اهداف آموزشی توصیه می گردد.

electronic evaluation methods: a scoping review

introduction: there is a need to focus more on planning for the implementation of electronic assessment in the educational system. this study provided an overview of various electronic assessment methods, including structured, non-structured, and reasoning tests to explain the characteristics of a concept.materials methods: this a scoping review was conducted by searching for the keywords distance education, assessment, e-learning, e-assessment, virtual learning, electronic test, and formative assessment in magiran, isc, sid, scopus, science direct, and pubmed databases. the review was performed in persian and english language from 2000-september 2021. a total of 105 studies were extracted in the first step of the study. then, the titles of the extracted texts were reviewed, and 52 documents, including articles, reports, and guidelines, were included in the review the abstract in the next step. finally, the full text of 28 articles was reviewed and used in the present study based on the inclusion criteria.results: various structured and non-structured tests are introduced per learner assessment in medical education systems. the most critical structured tests include multiple-choice tests, blank and labeling questions, selection of essential points in the image, true/false questions, and simulations of the process implemented electronically. essay questions, short answer questions, fill-in questions, scenario-based questions, oral examination, and reflection-based questions are classified into non-structured assessment methods. project-based tests can also be used to assess learners’ high cognition levels and develop an &assessment for learning& approach. the e-portfolio is recognized as a tool for learners to learn more deeply and increase their understanding and knowledge during the learning period. reasoning tests can also be used electronically to assess decision-making and reasoning skills.conclusion: electronic assessment provides a good platform for measuring different levels of cognition (from low to high), which is very important in medical education. the critical point is to choose the test under the educational goals, which can effectively improve the assessment’s effectiveness. therefore, the use of various methods appropriate to educational purposes is recommended.
