سنجش تکوینی و بازخورد اثربخش در آموزش پزشکی

مقدمه: سنجش تکوینی می تواند فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری را بهبود بخشد. این نوع از سنجش به همراه ارائه بازخورد اثربخش، فرایند پیوسته و مستمری است که شواهد کارآمدی در خصوص میزان دستیابی به پیامدهای یادگیری در راستای اصلاح یا بهبود عملکرد یادگیرندگان فراهم می آورد.روش کار: در این مطالعه مروری عبارات کلیدی مورد نظر شامل formative assessment، electronic formative assessment، digital formative assessment، computer assisted formative assessment، feedback،meaningful feedback ، cunstructive feedback، educational feedback، formative feedback، effective feedback و medical education در مطالعات در دسترس پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی بین المللی مانند scopus، eric، proquest، google scholar، pubmed، wiley online library، sciencedirect و web of science در بازه سال‌های 2010 تا 2020 میلادی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.نتایج: در مجموع 59 سند به عنوان مرتبط ترین مطالعات مورد ارزیابی و بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته ها حاکی از آن بود که استفاده مستمر از سنجش تکوینی و ارائه بازخورد اثربخش منجر به تاثیرات کارآمدی در فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری می شود.نتیجه گیری: سنجش تکوینی نتایج مثبتی بر یادگیری داشته و با ارائه بازخورد اثربخش، تفاوت چشمگیری در کیفیت فرایند یاددهی و یادگیری ایجاد می نماید. در واقع، بازخورد اثربخش حلقه ارتباطی بین سنجش تکوینی و یادگیری می باشد و ‌یکی از عناصر بسیار مهم در ارزیابی یادگیرندگان است که منجر به کارکرد سنجش به عنوان ابزاری برای ‌یادگیری می گردد.

formative assessment and effective feedback in medical education

introduction: formative assessment can improve the teaching and learning process. it is a kind of continuous assessment that provides effective evidence to which learning outcomes are achieved to improve learners’ performance.methods: this study is a review in which the key phrases including formative assessment, electronic formative assessment, digital formative assessment, computer assisted formative assessment, feedback, meaningful feedback, cunstructive feedback, educational feedback, formative feedback, effective feedback and medical education in the available international databases such as scopus, eric, proquest, google scholar, pubmed, wiley online library, science direct and web of science have been reviewed from 2010 to 2020.results: a total of 59 documents were evaluated as the most relevant studies. findings indicated that continuous use of formative assessment and effective feedback leads to efficient results on the teaching and learning process.conclusion: formative assessment has positive results on learning and by providing effective feedback, makes a significant difference in the quality of the teaching and learning process. in fact, effective feedback is the link between formative assessment and learning and is one of the most important elements in learners’ evaluation that leads to the function of assessment as a tool for learning.
