ارزیابی عملکرد پژوهشی دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز و ارتباط آن با خودکارآمدی پژوهشی

مقدمه: باورها و نگرش های شخصی افراد در رابطه با پژوهش از عوامل موثر بر کیفیت پژوهش و تربیت نیروی انسانی کارآمد در این حوزه می باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح خودکارآمدی پژوهشی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده توانبخشی اهواز و بررسی ارتباط آن با عملکرد پژوهشی طراحی و اجرا شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 انجام شد 46 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشکده علوم توانبخشی اهواز به شیوه سرشماری شرکت کردند جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های مقیاس خودکارآمدی پژوهشی و عملکرد پژوهشی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها بی با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمونهای توصیفی و تحلیلی انجام شد. نتایج: از مجموع 46 شرکت کننده این مطالعه، 37 نفر (80/4%) زن و 9 نفر (%19/6) مردبودند و میانگین سنی کلی آنها 30( 5/9± )سال بود. میانگین نمره مقیاس خودکارآمدی پژوهشی (±28/42 )(178/80 از حداکثر نمره 275 و میانگین عملکرد پژوهشی ( 13/57±) 9/78 بود. آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان دهنده وجود همبستگی مثبت و معنادار ضعیف تا متوسط ( p=0/006 و 0/399 = r ) میان عملکرد پژوهشی و خودکارآمدی پژوهشی بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به سطح متوسط خودکار آمدی پژوهشی در دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی توانبخشی و وجود ارتباط مثبت و معنادار متوسط بین این شاخص و عملکرد پژوهشی پیشنهاد میشود مدیران آموزشی نسبت به برگزاری کارگاه های توانمندسازی برای دانشجویان بویژه کارگاه های آشنایی با مطالعات کیفی آشنایی با آزمون های آماری در سطح مقدماتی و پیشرفته و مقاله نوسی فارسی و انگلیسی اقدا اقدام نمایند.

evaluation of research performance of post- graduate students of ahvaz jundishapur university of medical sciences and its relationship with the research self-efficacy

background: one of the effective factors in research quality and training of efficient human resources in this field is the beliefs and individual attitudes in relation to research. the purpose of this study was to determine the level of research self-efficacy and its relationship with research performance in postgraduate students of ahvaz rehabilitation school.methods: fourty-six postgraduate students of ahvaz rehabilitation school participated in this cross-sectional study in census manner. research self-efficacy scale and research performance scale questionnaires were used for data collection. data were analyzed by spss software using descriptive and analytic statistics.results: of the total of 46 participants, 37 (80.4%) were women and 9 (19.6%) were men with total mean age of 30 (± 5.9%) years. mean score of research self-efficacy scale was 178.88 (± 28.xmrthe spearman’s correlation test indicated a significant positive weak to moderate correlation (r = 0.99 and p = 0.006) between research performance and research self-efficacy.conclusions: with regard to the average level of research self-efficacy in postgraduate students of ahvaz rehabilitation school and the existence of a weak to moderate positive significant relationship between this index and research performance, it is suggested that educational administrators should hold empowerment workshops for students, especially workshops on qualitative studies, basic and advanced statistical tests, and persian and english academic paper writing.
