مروری بر حرفه ای گری در پزشکی

مقدمه: حرفه‌گری پزشکی یکی از مهم‌ترین موضوعات چالش برانگیز کنونی در بحث اخلاق پزشکی است. این مقوله به معنای رفتارهای مطلوبی است که بایستی پزشکان در برابر بیماران و جامعه داشته باشند تا منجر به تعاملات مناسب شود. اشکالات ارتباط پزشک-بیمار منشاء شکایات متعددی می‎باشد. با وجود مطالعات فراوان در این زمینه، خلاء عظیمی از دانش تا عمل موجود است. و رفتارهای غیرحرفه‌ای همچنان ادامه دارد. هدف از این مقاله آن است که با مرور متون مرتبط، راهکاری عملی جهت ارتقاء حرفه‌گری پزشکی ارائه نماید.روش کار: موضوع در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی eric, google scholar, pubmed, با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی: (حرفه‌ای‌گری پزشکی professionalism)، (آموزش پزشکی medical education)، (اخلاق پزشکی medical ethics) بررسی انجام شد. تعداد 38 مقاله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت.نتایج: پزشک خوب علاوه بر دانش و مهارت تکنیکی، نیازمند مهارت ارتباطی و رفتار حرفه‌ای مناسب است. برای رسیدن به این هدف بایستی در طی دوران آموزش پزشکی، آموزش حرفه‌ای‌گری پزشکی نیز در متن کوریکولوم آموزشی قرار گیرد. جهت تحقق این هدف، طراحی کوریکولوم حرفه‌ای‌گری، تعیین اهداف کلی و جزئی، انتخاب روش تدریس، ارزشیابی مناسب و بویژه تمرکز بر پویایی این کوریکولوم با کمک گرفتن از بازخوردهای مستمر بایستی مدنظر قرار گیرد.نتیجه‌گیری: جهت تحقق اهداف حرفه‌ای‌گری پزشکی و پرورش صحیح پزشکان آینده، ضروری است که کوریکولوم مبتنی بر حرفه‌ای‌گری پزشکی در تمامی دانشگاه های سطح کشور عملیاتی شده و به طور مستمر مورد سنجش و اصلاح قرار گیرد.

review of medical professionalism

introduction: medical professionalism is one of the nowadays most important debating subjects in medical ethics. it means the preferred behaviours that physicians must have against the patients and the community to bring proper interactions. the problems contributing to the patient-physician relationship is the cause of lots of complaints. despite so many research in this field, there is a large gap between knowledge and practice and non-professional behaviours are persistent. the aim of this article is to review the related literature and presenting a practical guide for the improvement of medical professionalism.materials methods: the subject was searched in the databases such as eric, pubmed and google scholar by using these keywords: professionalism, medical education, medical ethics. thirty- eight articles were reviewed.results: a good doctor not only needs knowledge and technical skills but also proper relationship skills and professional behaviours. to gain this target these options must be mentioned: designing professional curriculum, determining the general and partial goals, choosing teaching method, proper evaluation, and especially focusing on the dynamicity of this curriculum by using the feedbacks.conclusion: to reach the medical professionalism goals and correct breeding of physicians, it is essential that medical professionalism-based curriculum be done in all of the medical schools and repeatedly be assessed and edited.
