ارتباط کیفیت آموزش بالینی و علاقه مندی دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان علوم توانبخشی

مقدمه: علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی و برخورداری از کیفیت آموزش بالینی مطلوب عملکرد شغلی مناسبت تری را در پی خواهد داشت. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط کیفیت آموزش بالینی با علاقه مندی دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی خود دردانشکده های توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان و دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی بود.روش کار: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر با مشارکت( 306) دانشجوی رشته های فیزیوتراپی، کاردرمانی، ارتوپدی فنی، گفتار درمانی و شنوایی سنجی در دو دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان و دانشگاه علوم بهزیستی تهران انجام شد. جمع آوری داده ها به صورت خوداظهاری با استفاده از پرسشنامه های دموگرافیک، علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی(0.713 α = )، و کیفیت آموزش بالینی(0.930 α = ) انجام شد. داده ها با استفاده از spss-23 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.نتایج: میانگین سنی دانشجویان مورد مطالعه  )1.09  ±21.83 ( سال  ، (177) نفرزن (59.6 درصد) و (120) نفرمرد(40.4درصد) بودند.میانگین کیفیت آموزش بالینی در دانشگاه همدان( 11.98± 52.92 ( و در دانشگاه علوم یهزیستی تهران( 11.48± 53.99) بود و تفاوت معناداری نداشت(0.05≤(pو بالاترین زیر شاخه تاثیر گذار در کیفیت آموزش بالینی،حیطه محیط آموزشی  (3.20±  11.66)  بود . علاقمندی به رشته تحصیلی با اهداف و برنامه آموزشی، برخورد با دانشجو، نظارت و ارزشیابی ارتباط معنی دار و منفی داشت (0.01≥p).نتیجه گیری: سطح کیفیت آموزش بالینی در هر دو دانشکده متوسط و مطلوب ارزیابی شد با توجه به ارتباط منفی حیطه های کیفیت آموزش بالینی و علاقه به رشته تحصیلی ، بررسی بیشتر و توجه به بازنگری در آموزش بالینی توصیه می شود.

the relationship between the quality of clinical education and the students’ interest in their field of study of rehabilitation faculty

introduction: interest in the field of study and having the desired quality of clinical training will lead to more appropriate job performance. the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of clinical education and students’ interest in their field of study in rehabilitation faculties in hamadan university of medical science and university of social welfare and rehabilitation sciences.materials methods: this cross-sectional study was performed on )306( students of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, technical orthopedics, speech therapy and audiology in two rehabilitation faculties of hamadan university of medical science and university of social welfare and rehabilitation sciences. self-report questionnaire included demographic information, questionnaire of interest to the field of study (α =0.713) and the quality of clinical education (α = 0.930). data were analyzed by spss 23.results: the mean age of students was (21.83 ± 1.09) years. students were (177(female (59.6%) and (120(male (40.4%). mean quality of clinical education was in hamadan university (52.92±11.98)   , tehran university (53.99 ± 11.48), and not significant between thetwo groups (p>0.05).the highest influential sub-category in the quality of clinical education was area of educational environment (11.66± 3.20). there was a significant and negative relationship between interest in the field of study with goals and educational program, dealing with students, monitoring and evaluation (p <0.01).conclusion: the level of quality of clinical education in both faculties was moderate and desirable. regarding to the negative relationship between the quality of clinical education and interest in the field of study, further studies and attention to review in clinical education is recommended.
