تحلیل معیارهای فرهنگی، تربیتی و اجتماعی در فرایند جذب و ارتقاء اعضای هیات علمی علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: شناسایی معیارهای فرهنگی، تربیتی و اجتماعی برای استفاده در فرایند جذب و ارتقای اعضای هیات علمی  علوم پزشکی همواره دشوار و چالش برانگیز است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی چرایی اهمیت این حوزه فعالیتی، استخراج معیارهای موجود و تحلیل آنهاست.روش کار: متدولوژی مطالعات علوم انسانی، با استفاده از مطالعه کتابخانه ای و تحلیلی برای بررسی این موضوع انجام شد. آیین نامه و دستورالعمل های اجرایی بررسی گردید.نتایج: شاخص ها با عناوین عمومی/ تخصصی و سلبی/ایجابی استخراج و در دو دسته کمّی و کیفی دسته بندی شدند.نتیجه گیری: چالش عمده؛ عمومی و کیفی بودن شاخص هاست. ملاک های جنبه های تخصصی این فعالیت، هرچند به طور عمده کمّی است ولی دغدغه های مربوط به این حوزه فعالیتی را برطرف نمی کند. راهکار پیشنهادی، تولید شاخص بر مبنای  هر سه بخش  مفهوم تعهد و نه فقط«تعهد به نتیجه» است.

analysis of cultural, educational and social criteria in the process of recruitment and promotion of medical faculty members

introduction:identifying cultural and social criteria for use in the recruitment process and promoting faculty members at the ministry of health has always been difficult and challenging.  the purpose of this study is to investigate why this area of activity is important and extracting existing indicators and analyzing them. materials methods: the study was conducted through library and analytical study. the methodology of humanities studies was used to investigate this issue. regulations and implementing guidelines were reviewed. results: indicators were extracted with general / specialized and positive / negative titles, and were classified into quantitative and qualitative categories. conclusion: the general aspects of indicators and their quality are a major challenge. the criteria for the specialized aspects of this activity, although largely quantitative, do not address the concerns of this area of activity. the proposed approach is to produce an index based on all three parts of the commitment concept and not just thecommitment to the result&.
