بررسی ارتباط هوش معنوی با عملکرد تحصیلی کارآموزان پزشکی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی کاشان

مقدمه: هوش معنوی به عنوان زیربنای باورهای فرد نقش اساسی در زمینه های گوناگون زندگی انسان به ویژه پیشرفت وعملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان دارد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط هوش معنوی با عملکرد تحصیلی کارآموزان پزشکی بیمارستان شهید بهشتی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان بود.روش کار: دراین مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی 100 نفر از کارآموزان پزشکی به روش در دسترس در سال 98 شرکت کردند. ابزار گرد آوری داده ها پرسشنامه روا و پایای هوش معنوی بود و معدل کارآموزان برای سنجش عملکرد تحصیلی بررسی شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های تی و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و نرم افزار spss16 تحلیل شد.نتایج: میان هوش معنوی (و مولفه‌هایش) و عملکرد تحصیلی کارآموزان ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت (0.05p>). میانگین مولفه خودآگاهی، عشق و علاقه، در کارآموزان مرد (10.28±44.15) به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از کارآموزان زن (4.68 ± 22.62) بود (0.009=p). در بین کارآموزان مرد، ارتباط معناداری بین مولفه خودآگاهی، عشق و علاقه و عملکرد تحصیلی وجود داشت (0.025=p). میانگین مولفه پرداختن به سجایای اخلاقی و هوش معنوی (نمره کل) در کارآموزان متاهل به‌طور معناداری بیشتر از کارآموزان مجرد بود (0.05>p). همچنین در بین کارآموزان مجرد، ارتباط معناداری بین مولفه تفکر کلی و بعد اعتقادی و عملکرد تحصیلی وجود داشت (0.040=p).نتیجه گیری: با افزایش نمره مولفه خودآگاهی، عشق و علاقه در بین کارآموزان مرد و با افزایش نمره مولفه تفکر کلی و بعد اعتقادی در بین کارآموزان مجرد، میزان عملکرد تحصیلی آنها افزایش معناداری پیدا می‌کند. به نظر می رسد که آموزش های مناسب و مستمر در زمینه هوش معنوی و برنامه ریزی های آموزشی در جهت تقویت ارزش های معنوی دانشجویان، در ارتقای عملکرد تحصیلی دانشجویان موثر باشد.

investigating the relationship between spiritual intelligence and academic performance of medical clerkships of kashan’s shahid-beheshti hospital

introduction:spiritual intelligence, as the foundation of individual beliefs, plays an essential role in various fields of human life, especially the progress and academic performance of students. the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between spiritual intelligence and academic performance of medical clerkships of shahid beheshti hospital of kashan university of medical sciences. materials methods: in this cross-sectional descriptive study, 100 medical clerkships participated in the available method in 2020. the data collection tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire of spiritual intelligence and the clerkships’ average was measured to measure academic performance. data were analyzed using t-test and pearson correlation test and spss16 software. results: there is no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence (and its components) and clerkships’ academic performance (p <0.05). the average component of self-awareness, love and affection in male clerkships (44.10 ±15.28) was significantly higher than female clerkships (22.62±4.68) (p = 0.009). among male clerkships, there is a significant relationship between self-awareness, love and interest, and academic performance (p = 0.025). the average component of dealing with moral values and spiritual intelligence (total score) in married clerkships was significantly higher than single clerkships (p <0.05). also, among single clerkships, there is a significant relationship between the component of general thinking and belief dimension and academic performance (p = 0.040). conclusion: by increasing the score of self-awareness, love and affection among male clerkships, and by increasing the score of the overall thinking and belief dimension among single clerkships, the level of their academic performance increases significantly. it seems that appropriate and continuous training in the field of spiritual intelligence and educational planning in order to strengthen the spiritual values of students, will be effective in promoting students’ academic performance.
