مقابله و پیشگیری از ارتکاب جرائم تروریستی در شبکه‌های اجتماعی مجازی

اقدام‌هایی همچون انتشار کشتار دسته‌جمعی خبرنگاران و دستگیری عدۀ کثیری از اتباع کشورها درحال پیوستن به سازمان‌ها و گروه‌های تروریستی، موید گسترش روزافزون عقاید و جذب نیروی انسانی در رسانه‌های اجتماعی از سوی تروریست‌هاست. رواج سازمان‌های تروریستی با استفاده از رسانه‌های اجتماعی، چالش‌های جدیدی را برای سکوهای برخط، سیاست‌گذاران و دولت‌ها ایجاد می‌کند. به‌علاوه، محبوبیت رسانه‌های اجتماعی در سراسر دنیا مخاطب بالقوه عظیمی را برای چهارچوب اقدام تروریستی فراهم می‌سازد. متاسفانه به‌دلیل عدم همکاری دولت‌ها، سازوکارهای کنترلی و نظارت پلیسی بر اینترنت و به تبع آن، رسانه‌های اجتماعی مجازی با شکست مواجه شده است؛ ازاین‌رو بهره‌گیری گروه‌های تروریستی از رسانه‌های اجتماعی، چالش جدیدی برای سازوکارهای ضدتروریستی به‌شمار می‌رود؛ بنابراین برای مقابله و پیشگیری از جرائم تروریستی در فضای مجازی در قالب رسانه و شبکه‌های اجتماعی، ضرورت دارد سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و به‌ویژه سازمان ملل متحد و نهادهای وابسته، ضمن سیاست‌گذاری حقوقی، دولت‌ها را به حمایت از این امر فراخواند تا امکان نقض صلح و امنیت بین‌المللی در پی تحرکات گروه‌های تروریستی در رسانه‌ها و شبکه‌های اجتماعی سرکوب و ازطریق مجامع بین‌المللی تعقیب شود.

actions such as the publication of the mass killing of journalists and the arrest of a large number of nationals of countries joining terrorist organizations and groups confirm the growing spread of ideas and recruitment of human resources in social media by terrorists. the proliferation of terrorist organizations using social media creates new challenges for online platforms, policymakers, and governments. additionally, the popularity of social media around the world provides a huge potential audience for framing terrorist action. unfortunately, due to the non-cooperation of the governments, control measures and police surveillance of the internet and consequently virtual social media have failed. therefore, the use of social media by terrorist groups is a new challenge for anti-terrorist mechanisms. therefore, to deal with and prevent terrorist crimes in cyberspace in the form of social networks, it is necessary for international organizations, especially the united nations and affiliated institutions, while making legal policies, to call on governments to support this matter so that the possibility of violating international peace and security. due to the movements of terrorist groups in social networks are suppressed and pursued through international forums.
